Every track is built step by step. I create the binaural beats and all frequencies myself. For the background sound, I use Suno AI — but only as a subtle layer, just to support the atmosphere.
THE MEDITATIONS ARE WRITTEN BY MY WIFE WHO IS A PSYCHOTHERAPIST TOGETHER WITH MYSELF!
I don’t use my own voice, because it doesn’t fit the calm tone needed for these sessions.
Instead, I carefully produce each voice line using TTS — and then edit every single sentence manually, with precise timing.
This process takes a lot of time!!!
A single guided meditation can take several days of work before it’s ready to be published.
SO THIS IS NOT JUST AI GENERATED CONTENT!!!
Everything is created with intention — from the meditation scripts, to the binaural beats, to the final video and even the thumbnails.
