When you’re determined to face truth, you stop negotiating with the parts of you that want to stay small.
You meet yourself honestly, even when it’s uncomfortable, and you choose what’s real over what’s familiar, because you know that’s where real life begins.
Different moments call for different kinds of support, sometimes the depth of a private session, sometimes the immersion of a retreat.
What matters is what feels right for you.
I would be honored to support you. Check the link for more info
“One who has not put their own life in order can never think rightly about the lives of others.” Isocrates of Athens
Ancient philosophy reminds us that virtue begins within.
Before we can act wisely in the world, we must first bring clarity, honesty, and alignment to our own inner landscape.
This is the essence of the philosophical path:
to cultivate ourselves, to live in accordance with truth,
to harmonize with the deeper order of the cosmos,
and to become a little better, a little more virtuous, each day.
At Mystical Greece Retreats, we create the sacred conditions for this inner work:
spaces of stillness, beauty, community, and myth where you can listen deeply, reconnect with your essence, and choose the direction of your becoming.

“Do great things without promising great things.” Pythagoras
Some experiences can never be fully captured in language. A gathering of like-minded souls is one of them.
What unfolds when we step away from the noise, return to the body, and listen, truly listen, to the deeper currents moving within us… cannot be advertised, packaged, or promised.
What I can say is this:
When we gather in sacred places, when we breathe with the land, when we move, rest, remember, and allow ourselves to be seen - something shifts. Not because of grand declarations, but because of the quiet, steady actions we take while we’re there.
A gathering of like‑minded souls is something that can only be lived. Fully. It is a chance to enter into a magical world, next or beyond this one. It is an initiation. A call from the future into what is already possible in the present.
Real transformation begins in the moments no one can predict, describe, or guarantee - only experience.
This is the heart of Mystical Greece Retreats - where transformation is lived.
Our role is to offer a sacred, grounded space where you can meet yourself more fully.
What you choose to do with that space is where the real transformation begins.
Our next gathering is in April, if you feel curious, or called to join check the link here:
On Saturday the 3rd of January, a beautiful day to live, with sister @ellaniosharmonia we met at the Temple of Demeter and Daughter in Thoriko to spend some time at this ancient sacred space and do grid work with an online group that responded to my call for activating the field of the place.
What came up was the heaviness of old wounding and a distortion in the Mother Daughter relationship imprint - with loving presence from the group healing was possible, and love coupled with sacred intention and trust in truth became a channel for a new energy to emerge.
We are capable of so much transformation, abundance and joy 💫🤍🌱.
May we fulfil our divine purpose by simply being. Being real, being truthful, being present.
2025
(one piece of paper)
- What experiences were challening for me in 2025. Write down the most powerful ones! (work, relationships, money, health etc).
- What story did I say about myself about each challenge? (it could be that I am not good enough, a criticism etc.)
(another piece of paper)
- What was the lesson in each challenge? Even if I haven't thought of one, think of just one lesson that you could receive from it.
- What story could I say about myself for each lesson? (for example I am resilient, I am patient... etc).
You may want to compare the two stories. If you can, you can let go of the challenges and stories about the challenges by burning that piece of paper. You may keep the lessons and stories about the lessons.
- What are the blessings of 2025 (after you write those down, you may meditate on them to integrate them more fully, give thanks, and cultivate gratitude).
2026
Write on a piece of paper who you envision being in 2026. Instead of writing intentions about what you want, write down the intention of who you want to Be. (ex. I am free, I am happy, I am fulfilled, I am patient... etc.)
You may plant this paper together with with some seeds somewhere with soil, so that symbolically these are the seeds you wish to plant for the coming year.
May 2026 be a year of Being, of Presence, of Joy, and of Balance, Harmony, and of Being Together, Interconnected, in groups, families, soul families, and communities with love, peace, and prosperity.
"My misfortunes, claiming as their price what I cherished most, made me wise." Meropi, Euripides (from the lost tragedy Kresfontis)
Plutarch, in How to Benefit from One’s Enemies, reminds us that loss is not merely a wound; it is a teacher. Misfortune, though painful, can be the forge of wisdom. When something dear is taken from us, it leaves behind a space - not just of absence, but of potential. A space to grow, to understand, to transform.
In the ancient Greek view, suffering was not the end; it was a passage. What we lose may shape what we become. Truth is not handed to us by others; it is carved by our own hands, from the raw stone of experience.
There is always something to be gained, even from what seems like ruin.
