I'm that guy that talks a lot about toplane fundamentals. I played League professionally for 3 years and I've been challenger for 7 years and counting, and I'm here to teach you guys everything about toplane!
This is the best winrate that I got to challenger with from all the previous climbs and I'm very happy with the result. It also feels like a big redemption from my previous Korea climb where I had to leave home earlier after not surpassing Master, and it feels good to showcase that I'm still a good player when I try (and abuse riven 🤓)
However, this is where the race will end with Drututt and I want to explain why below as I find it important to always be transparant with you guys :)
I first want to take the time to express my BIG gratitude and thanks for all the support and encouragement during this climb. You guys have been absolutely amazing and made the time here worthwhile. I personally feel like I really lacked when it comes to trying to be fun and entertaining during the streams as I got annoyed/tilted at circumstances, yet you all kept encouraging me and I got many messages too after rough days. Thank you guys for always being such a warm and lovely community, it's a blessing in my life that I am super grateful for
Now for the explanation as to why the race ended earlier than it shouldve:
In short, Drututt was supposed to travel with somebody to Korea and that person ended up ghosting Drututt leaving him isolated in Korea by himself. Whilst we are residing in the same city, it's not as convenient to travel to eachother and we also had different sleepschedules so he was often by himself. Drututt wrote it out more in his own words and you can check it out here:
Now about 5 days ago, Drututt was on an insane losstreak for 2 days in a row and expressed he wanted to go home seriously. He had already mentioned before how hard it was for him in Korea when things were going well in soloQ so it wasnt just the losstreak making him feel like that. So after those days, he suggested we make the challenge to whoever ends up in Challenger first. I declined as he was 80 LP (about 4 netwins) above me so I felt at a disadvantage, but I did not want to keep him here longer than needed.
In order to remove some of the pressure, we MUTUALLY decided to lower the stakes of the Challenge to 5k to the winner which mostly comes from the OperaGX sponsor that we both shared during the climb. I explained this yesterday on stream too and the feedback I got was mixed, some people felt they were scammed which I can see as we advertised it as 10k, yet I feel like it's up to the both of us and nothing changes for the viewers really. I still felt a bit conflicted about it so I wanted to write it out properly so you all know the details.
Now with us both reaching challenger and the stakes being lowered, we agreed to end the race after both hitting Challenger as there was no big reason to grind out the last 5 days to see who would end up higher. This allowed Drututt to be able to fly home the next day and I can finally have a normal schedule here as I have been living like an absolute degen which I can only sustain for like 3 weeks before my body starts FFing. Drututt ended up having a 20 LP higher peak so he is crowned the winner for the Race.
I will be in Korea for another 12 days to properly sightsee and enjoy Korea for the very first time as I normally stream every day I'm in Korea. I have 4 of my Friends coming over and I'm really excited to finally see some of the country, If you have any suggestions of activities im all ears!
I will still stream sporadically whilst I'm here but they will be shorter streams and I still owe you guys a gym stream😎 I'm going to try and set that up asap but first im taking a few days off to mentally and physically reset.
I have great content plans for after Korea too which I'm excited for, but for now I will enjoy Korea. Thank you all once again❤️
Today I will be flying to Korea for the 5th time which is quite surreal considering I still remember my first Korea trip like yesterday. This was in 2023 and was the first time my streaming carreer + Youtube really popped off, and I'm so excited to be heading there again.
This will be a bit of a long post where I explain everything in regards to the Race and my plans for Korea, I'll leave TLDR below
I will be travelling to Korea alongside Azzapp and my irl buddy who recently started streaming: Looca and we'll stay in the same room. Drututt is also coming to Korea with me on the same day and we're doing a Race to see who can get the highest elo in Korea
Details of the race are; 10.000 USD Bet 400 Games
4-5 weeks in Korea
Wheel of torture at start of stream
For this challenge guys I will be going FULL tryhard which is something I haven't done in a while now as I always want to put content and fun first, meaning I try to play more variety champions and interact a lot more with the chat etc. During this climb I will be mostly two-tricking Riven & Mundo which will make the content perhaps feel a bit repetitive, but it will give me the best chance at winning the race as I DONT LIKE LOSING. I will try and make it as engaging and fun as possible by making intro's for the youtube videos to give you guys an accurate timeline and show some stuff about Korea too.
Right now my punishment wheel consists of these challenges that I will spin at the start of the stream - IM OPEN TO ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS!
- 100 pushups during stream
- Eat spiciest noodles
- 3h of Drututt playlist - Eat raw egg
- Happy League champ dance after every loss for duration of stream
- 12h stream
- Let Drututt backseat me for a full game
- CANT END STREAM ON NEGATIVE WR
One more thing I want to mention: After dealing with the Summonerschool situation that lasted from Oktober last year (When I was in Korea) till April this year I felt quite burned out from the project which is why I haven't updated my guides + Created the new Riven guide that I said I would do. I apologise, yet I don't regret putting my health + content first. When I am back from Korea I will take the time off to update the courses + Make the Riven guide, I do really apologise for the delay in that.
With that all being said guys, if you want to follow the KR arc more closely & daily you can check out my instagram too! www.instagram.com/alois_nl/
I will also try to include moments in the youtube videos!!
TLDR:
Flying to Korea for 5 weeks to do a soloQ race challenge vs Drututt on who can place higher in 400 games. I will be mainly two-tricking Mundo & Riven as I really want to go full tryhard + I'm looking for some suggestions for a wheel of torture
FIRST STREAM WILL BE ON THE 4TH AND I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL🩵
I am currently 950 LP on the ADC climb with a +19 -22 MMR even though I'm at 62% winrate. I absolutely hate this role but im getting close to Grandmaster which now sits at 1400 LP ( was 1000 LP when I started this climb )
To adcmaxx I skipped shower + gamersupp time to glide
After the recent issues with the previous platform, I want to personally thank you all for your patience and support during this transition. The many messages I received of support really motivated me to continue working when I was quite frustrated with the situation. As many of you know, the previous infrastructure simply didn’t meet the standards I want for this project or for your learning experience. Today I’m happy to say that the new version of Summoner School is now live OKAYY🤗🫡
This new platform gives us a much more stable environment, better performance, and a cleaner learning experience moving forward. To celebrate the relaunch of Summoner School and thank you for sticking with us, you can use the code: Release20 to get 20% off all premium courses and guides. This code will be valid until April 5th, 2026.
Thank you again for your patience and for being part of this community. My goal has always been to provide the best possible resources to help you improve and climb. Please check your inbox to verify your email address and set up your password to fully activate your account if you were a student previously!
I unfortunately have not had the time to update the guides + Create the Riven guide, but this will be my 100% priority now that the platform is finally live again. I will work on it with balancing the ADC Climb 🤓
If you have questions about the migration? Reach out through a ticket or put them into the #website-issues on Discord.

I'm 150 games into the adc climb and I'm sitting at about 500 LP
Grandmaster used to be 1100 LP but it has now already increased to 1360 now that my break is over
I do not fear, adc is still easy role time to continue where we left off. 350 games left time to GO AGAIN

I believe ADC Mains are professional victims. After voicing my opinion I was challenged to a Bet, which my ego obviously had to accept.
I WILL BE PLAYING ADC TO CHALLENGER IN 500 GAMES TO PROOF ITS NOT A HARD ROLE OR GET HUMBLED TRYING
HERE ARE THE RULES AND PUNISHMENTS, SEE YOU ON THE STREAMS
