Big news for the embedded world! Qualcomm Technologies has announced its intent to acquire Arduino, the open-source hardware pioneer that helped millions of engineers and makers bring ideas to life.

At the same event in Turin, Arduino unveiled the UNO Q, a dual-brain board powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing QRB2210 (Linux-capable processor + real-time STM32U585 microcontroller). It’s designed to make AI at the edge faster, easier, and open to everyone.
