Kirby Air Riders – Story Reveal Trailer:

The more I see of Kirby Air Riders, the more convinced I am that this could become one of the biggest surprises of 2025. Everything about it, from the presentation to the level of polish and detail, feels like a true passion project that goes far beyond expectations.

Both of Sakurai’s recent presentations showed just how much care and thought went into every system, mode, and creative choice. He’s not just promoting a game, he’s sharing something he clearly poured his heart into. After two full directs packed with information, it still feels like there’s more waiting to be discovered. The attention to detail and overall dedication behind this project are simply incredible.

The Story Mode reveal in particular caught my attention. The cinematic presentation, the tone, and the emotional depth really connected with fans. Many are calling it one of the most beautiful and exciting reveals we’ve seen in a long time, and it’s clear that this part of the game will add something truly special to the experience.

Overall, fan reactions have been extremely positive. People are praising the fact that it’s a complete game with no DLC or microtransactions, filled with content, creativity, and heart. It’s being seen as one of the most refreshing and passionate Nintendo projects in years, and I completely agree.

I’d love to hear your thoughts. What did you think of the Story Mode reveal, and which moment from the presentation got you the most excited?

Kirby Air Ride - Full Game 100% Walkthrough
➡️ https://youtu.be/wGfPwccjV1Q?si=ELIP4...

With the upcoming release of “Kirby Air Riders” on Nintendo Switch 2, launching on November 20, it’s the perfect time to look back at the original “Kirby Air Ride”, the GameCube classic that started it all. Developed by HAL Laboratory under Masahiro Sakurai and released in 2003, this unique racing spin-off turned the Kirby universe into a fast-paced, ability-driven competition unlike anything else on the console.

Kirby Air Ride stood out for its simple one-button controls and deep gameplay variety. Players could race through the Air Ride mode, battle in the chaotic City Trial, or compete in the top-down Top Ride mode. Each mode offered its own challenges, secrets, and machine customization options. The game also introduced the legendary Checklist system, a grid of 360 goals that rewarded players for completing every possible objective, from time trials to hidden unlocks.

Despite its simplicity, Kirby Air Ride became a cult favorite among Nintendo fans for its replay value, local multiplayer, and unique mix of racing and exploration. Its influence can still be felt today, and many of its mechanics and ideas appear to return in the upcoming Kirby Air Riders.

Revisit the full experience in this 100% walkthrough covering all 360 checkboxes, every mode, and every hidden unlock.
