Photos from Tønsberg Norway while we were there. It made me think 🤔 why should we not be proud of our heritage? If you love your heritage it doesn't mean you hate everyone else. I love being exposed to other cultures but not ashamed of mine either. Just a thought have a great day.

A man can work all day and still feel useless.
That does not mean he is lazy.
Sometimes the problem is not the weight he is carrying.
It is that the weight has no meaning.
Our ancestors understood burden differently. A burden tied to family, craft, honor, faith, and community could exhaust the body but still feed the spirit.
Modern life often does the opposite.

I’ve been thinking a lot about why I don’t spend much time on NorseTok anymore.
Not because everyone there is bad. There are good creators trying to teach and help people.
But when an ancient path gets pushed through an algorithm built for outrage, callouts, and hot takes, something gets twisted.
A lot of new Heathens come looking for wisdom, gods, ancestors, and a way to stand back up.
Then they find drama.
Gatekeeping.
Purity tests.
Creator wars.
And they start wondering if they even belong here.
