আত্মজ্ঞান বিনাশের প্রক্রিয়া। সকলের এই পথে রুচি হয় না। ব্যক্তিত্ব যে পাওয়া-হারানোর সংসার রচনা করে, সেখানে তার সম্পূর্ণ বিলয় হয়ে যায়।

তাই মানুষ এসে হাজারো প্রশ্ন করে—যা তার কাহিনী, সে নিজে নয়—কিন্তু নিজের স্বরূপ বিষয়ে নয়। আবার জেনে নিলেও সে ওই পথে যথেষ্ট যত্নের সঙ্গে মনন করে না, কারণ “অবিষয়” হয়ে যাওয়ার ভয়।

এখানেই কোনো সদ্গুরুর প্রতি সহজ ভরসা তোমাকে সাহস দিয়ে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারে।
