Here’s what happened to Mequa Brim, the woman who climbed a second-floor balcony like she was auditioning for Love & Hip Hop: American Ninja Warrior.
If you missed it:
She showed up uninvited to her ex’s apartment, couldn’t get in through the front door…
So what did she do?
She scaled the back balcony like Spider-Woman with a grudge, slid through the patio door, and tried to swing on the new girlfriend — all while police were already standing at the front door, stunned like the audience at a live taping.
👮♀️ She was arrested on-site.
⚖️ Charged with Criminal Trespass.
But here’s the twist:
👉 That case has now been dismissed under a legal outcome called Nolle Prosequi – Restricted (Non-Criminal Justice).
Translation?
No trial. No public record. It’s sealed. Gone.
That means the case can’t even be pulled up by employers or the public. It’s like it never happened — legally speaking.
Did she do it? The body cam says yes.
But will it follow her? Not anymore.
