Hello, my loves!🥰 First of all, I really do miss you and hope to start uploading videos again, where I’ll be letting you know what’s been going on over here!

As for today’s post, I went to Central Market a couple of days ago and purchased my favorite flowers, stargazer lilies! They smell sweet and vibrant, with a hint of soft perfume and an unearthly depth, range, and dimension. The stargazer lily’s vibrant, pink accents, on its soft, white canvas bring life into my space and embody such grace and sophistication.

Their soft, bold, sensual fragrance fibrates throughout my space and fills my entire room, which brings me so much joy and peace. And although these $10 flowers from a grocery store were just a “little” thing, it will continue to share its beauty and fragrance with me throughout the week. And THAT’S a big thing!

Let’s embrace those little things that happen in our lives daily and extract the joy and meaning that they can bring! Love, Wendy🌸💗

Hey, lovlies!!🥰 I was checking on my garden today and loving the progress of my watermelon plants!🍉 Funny, because I planted seeds in the tiny compostable 3” pots as starter plants TWICE, but they just didn’t make it.

So I decided to dig some holes in the ground, like our ancestors did, dropped seeds, covered with dirt, and watered. Boom!💥 I now have several plants!!! I will keep you updated.❤️Wendy❤️

Hey, y’all!🥰 Today is ME/CFS Awareness Day. Myalgic encephalomyelitis (formerly known as chronic fatigue syndrome) is an illness that is little-known and invisible. Since 2020, doctors have become more aware of this insidious illness because of the uptick of long Covid, whose symptoms are quite similar to ME/CFS.

I visited different doctors for years, telling them that I was feeling very unwell, but their blood tests would show that I was perfectly healthy, aside from having high cholesterol. But in 2017 I found an experienced functional medicine doctor, who specialized in viruses. The doctor ordered a battery of blood tests, assessed my cognitive functioning, and diagnosed me with ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism….

At this point, I was too unwell to work, so I applied for disability retirement through my employer and was able to retire in 2018. I started this YouTube Channel in 2020 to connect and share with you and to put myself out there, in spite of my illness. I truly believe that we have the power to create our best lives, regardless of our circumstances, and that is what this channel represents: LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE!🤗
