**San Diego’s Chief Petty Officer Pride Day 2025**
On **September 5, 2025**, the Enlisted Leadership Foundation (ELF) proudly presents **Chief Petty Officer Pride Day** at Admiral Baker Recreation Center. This annual event is San Diego’s premier celebration honoring the soon-to-be-promoted Navy Chief Selectees.
Drawing more than **2,800 Chiefs and Chief Selectees**, Pride Day is a one-day gathering rooted in **heritage, mentorship, and tradition**. Attendees come together to **network, reconnect with shipmates, and gain valuable leadership insights** from seasoned Chiefs who continue to guide the next generation.
More than just a celebration, Pride Day highlights the **camaraderie, professionalism, and legacy of the United States Navy Chief Petty Officer**. It also serves as a visible reminder to the San Diego community of the vital role Navy Chiefs play in shaping our Navy’s success.
All proceeds from Chief Petty Officer Pride Day directly support **ELF’s programs and business operations** for the following year, ensuring continued opportunities for mentorship and professional development across the fleet.
