The past week I’ve been tucked away in my cosy caravan by the sea, listening to the waves and letting myself just breathe. I didn’t realise how much I needed this break until I slowed down. My soul has been feeling burnt out lately, and I knew I had to find a way to rest and heal.
Somewhere in that stillness, I picked my crochet hook back up again. 🪡🧵
Crochet has always been a comfort to me, but I had drifted away from it while struggling with my physical and mental health. Sitting quietly, creating again, I found myself reconnecting with something I truly love. It’s amazing how something so simple can bring me so much peace.
Crochet has reminded me to be gentle with myself. To create slowly, to heal slowly, and to find joy in the little things again. 💙
Here’s to stitching my way back to myself ❤️❤️
