Post SIR our PART NUMBER got changed as well as our voting centre was changed too ☹️☹️. It was an adventure of sorts to find our polling booth in the narrow bylanes behind the high rises of VIP road. We never knew of any existence of these lanes and clubs beyond our housing complex 😕😞.
Today (29th April) as we voted during the 2nd phase of elections, there were no presence of West Bengal or Kolkata police in the polling booth. Only central forces personnel were present though only 4-5 were there.
Surpringly, unlike all other elections in Bengal not a single PARTY CAMP was there on the roads leading to the polling booth.
Now, eagerly waiting for 4th of May when election results will be out. 🇮🇳

He came across as a very friendly and knowledgeable person who somehow knew India more than many Indians. Always smiling and cracking jokes …. Had the fortune of meeting him several times but he was unchanged. Rest in Peace Sir !!🙏 #marktully#bbc#journalist#India

So near yet so far .... Thousands of diehard #Messi fans left disappointed thanks to the pathetic management for Kolkata Salt Lake stadium #LionelMessi Event. Despite coughing up large amount on tickets....most of the fans couldn't even see a glimpse of their 🐐 #Messi. 👎👎👎
