I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Black woman therapist, and women’s mental health advocate.
This space is for high-functioning Black women and women of color in their 30s and 40s who are ready to move beyond survival mode and begin intentional healing.
I share evidence-based tools and mental health education on childhood trauma, inner child healing, anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, and high-functioning anxiety. We also talk about narcissistic abuse, gaslighting, toxic relationships, boundaries, and emotional regulation.
