I believe thereâs value in seeing the world firsthand instead of hiding behind a keyboard.
The last time I was in Las Vegas for a major swimming event was the International Swim League Final. Millions of dollars were spent on production and the fastest swimmers in the world raced in front of a disappointingly small audience with little media attention.
This weekend was the opposite.
The Enhanced Games invited global media, CEOs across sports, creators, and athletes.
Whether people like it or not, tens of millions of people are paying attention and I had a front row seat to see whatâs actually happening.
Most people react emotionally before they fully understand what theyâre looking at. This event was not the Olympics and it never will be.
Itâs a completely separate event where they can wear full body suits. No fins or other equipment, thereâs an entirely different league for that called Finswimming.
Performance enhancements are permitted under medical supervision, but they have to be FDA approved. Any use of illegal drugs results in disqualification.
Unlike enhanced competitive body building, in this event not every athlete participating is using a performance enhancing protocol.
The Olympics, World Aquatics, and NCAA have their own list of banned substances with their own testing procedures. Similarly finswimming has its own set of regulations around use of equipment.
You do not have to agree with any of this.
But refusing to understand the rules and whatâs happing in the world because your first reaction is emotional is not wisdom. Itâs avoidance and naivety.
Sharing firsthand perspective has lost me followers before and it will again in the future, thatâs unfortunate for them. Some people want an echo chamber that reinforces what they already think. Others stay curious, ask questions, and intellectually grow when the world changes around them.
My motto has always been âswim for lifeâ. I embody what it means to live a healthy life every day as a 100% natural athlete and encourage everyone to make their own choices.
As always, happy swimming :)

Stop fighting the water! Slice through it with perfect geometry đ
When you break down an elite stroke, everything aligns perfectly. Speed isn't just about pulling harder; it's about holding precise angles, keeping a level body position, and reducing drag through clean alignment.
If you want to stop guessing your mechanics and start hitting these exact positions, you need a structured plan.
Here is what clean alignment does for your speed:
đ The Perfect Streamline: Locking in a tight line off the wall maximizes your distance and holds onto your breakout speed.
đ Explosive Power: Aligning your hips and core during a dive ensures all your energy drives you forward, not down.
đŻ High Catch Position: Getting your forearm vertical early in the stroke allows you to grip clean water and pull your body right past it.
You don't need to guess if your technique is improving. The MySwimPro app tracks your real-time data, stroke counts, and efficiency splits so you can see the math behind your progress.

We went inside the story: the Abu Dhabi training camp, the coaches, the athletes who gave up Olympic eligibility to be here, and the serious debate about what this means for the future of clean sport. Are the Enhanced Games brave or reckless? Can they coexist with the Olympics or will they change swimming forever? Watch and decide for yourself.

The first unboxing never gets old⌠đ
When you finally put your hands on something youâve spent hundreds of hours working on. Because you realize how much life had to happen for those pages to exist.
An unboxing represents more than whatâs inside the package. Itâs about sharing your knowledge, ideas and experiences with the world.
This is my fifth book, and each one feels less like a product and more like a timestamp of who I was at that moment in life.
Each one is unique and special.
I wrote The Swimmer Body Blueprint because having a fit, healthy, and strong body is an embodiment of how you live.
I wanted to create something timeless. Simple principles that actually work and a blueprint for building a leaner, stronger, healthier body for life.
Knowledge is one of the few things in life that grows when you give it away. And sometimes a single book can completely change the trajectory of a personâs life.
Your life reflects your standards.
Your body reflects your habits.
Your future reflects what you repeatedly do today.
Grateful to share this one with the world. The book is available on Amazon Kindle, Paperback, and hardcover! đ

I have to tell the truth...
One year ago, I just broke my elbow, and felt weak and out of shape...
I made changes to my nutrition, strength training, and swimming regimen.
Today, Iâm stronger, leaner, and fitter than I was as a collegiate swimmer.
I achieved this 100% naturally.
You do not need Olympic genetics, but you do need the knowledge and standards that align with what you really want.
This is why I created The Swimmer Body Blueprintâ˘

You canât fake a swimmerâs body.
The truth is, the physique is only the byproduct. The real transformation is psychological.
Most people want the aesthetic, but they donât want the lifestyle that creates it.
Today, I'm stronger, leaner, and fitter than I was as a collegiate swimmer.
I achieved this 100% naturally, and over the last decade, I've learned a lot.
You prove to yourself that you can endure discomfort and delay gratification.
This is why I created The Swimmer Body Blueprintâ˘.
It shows you step by step exactly how to have an athletic body for life.
