🔥 Copy–Paste Masterclass?

I need to say this.

At this point, Wargaming has truly mastered one thing — copy-paste reskin ships.

Every major event lately feels like:
“Here’s the same ship… but red.”
“Here’s the same ship… but gold.”
“Here’s the same ship… but now it’s ‘limited’.”

And then we get containers.
And inside those containers?
More containers.
And inside those? A chance so small it’s basically the same odds as the Moon falling on your head.

As a player, this doesn’t feel exciting anymore.
It feels exhausting.

I love World of Warships. That’s exactly why this direction worries me.

Are we heading toward better gameplay…
or just better monetization systems?

I’ve been playing this game for years, through good updates and bad ones, but this event honestly feels like a turning point — and not in a good way.

What was advertised as a major themed event ended up being:
• Re-skinned versions of existing ships instead of truly new content
• A heavy token grind that realistically lets players finish only one line
• Progression clearly designed around containers and extra spending
• No new gameplay mode — just the same battles with an event overlay

Events used to bring unique mechanics, special operations, and something fresh to experience. This time it feels more like a monetization framework than an actual in-game event.

I don’t mind supporting a game I enjoy. But copy-paste content presented as something new is not the direction many long-time players were hoping for.
