Machine Matter is where I follow my curiosity about machines.
I make videos about powerful machines — how they work, how they shaped the world, and what happens when they’re pushed too far. But that curiosity often pulls me backward too, into how real work was done before modern machines took over.
If I come across something that makes me stop and think, “wait… how did that actually work?” I dig into it and turn it into a video.
That includes the machines that fed nations and built industries, early mechanical systems that replaced human labor, and the engineering behind heavy machinery and agriculture. It also leads into the extreme moments — aviation incidents, military tech, disasters, and catastrophic failures — where machines reached their breaking point.
From hand-powered work and early machines to overbuilt giants and collapse, this channel is about understanding why machines exist at all — and what happens when they fail.
