Hey, I’m Deanna Hinsz, Realtor, former marketing strategist, and host of The Next Place.
This channel is entering a new season.
The main focus here is now The Next Place, a video show and podcast about relocation, downsizing, home, community, and life’s next chapter.
It’s for people asking what home looks like now, whether they’re moving to a new city, leaving a longtime home, simplifying, starting over, moving closer to family, or trying to find the place that fits their next season.
Expect real stories, lighthearted conversations, helpful interviews, and honest insight around moving, home, lifestyle, and transition.
You’ll also still find some of my past marketing content for entrepreneurs around visibility, branding, websites, and digital strategy in its own playlist.
Subscribe for real stories, big decisions, little surprises, and conversations about finding your next place.

This morning I woke up at 3 am. I felt rested, peaceful and this song was in my head- actually just the one line, "All my life, you've been right there by my side..."
When my husband asked why I was up so early, I told him I didn't and about the song but I couldn't remember what the lyric was.
I left to run to the dentist, turned on the car and this song was on the radio and my heart was full.

This entrepreneur life often feels like a risky carnival ride. When I'm in the weeds of daily tasks, networking, and meetings, it can often feel like I'm spinning my wheel. But it’s in those moments that I remind myself how fortunate I am to be able to support business owners in growing their businesses.
Simply put: the risk is worth it. Do you agree? Drop a “Yes” in the comments if you think the rewards outweigh the risks!
