After my recent food poisoning, I got six tests done on food related genetics and gut reactions.

The results showed I have a gene variant for mild lactose sensitivity (C/E), which I thought was pretty interesting.

The doctors have recommended an upper and lower endoscopy to rule out anything else.

Big thanks to the Russian healthcare system and the nurses. They handled everything quickly and professionally.

I definitely wouldn’t have gotten this kind of prompt care back in the UK. Really grateful. 🙏🏻
