Bozanich Photography is seeking 3 - 6 transgender, nonbinary, and intersex individuals for a powerful portrait project. Artist, @kristinabozanich, is creating a series to visually document the emotional experiences of the LGBTQ+ community in the face of the ongoing erosion of transgender rights in America. These portraits will be submitted for publication and exhibited to raise awareness and inspire action.

Being written into U.S. history has me wondering… have I fallen into a different timeline?
The feeling and momentum is unreal when I look back at everything that led up to this.
I was “just a photographer” when it all began.
And in many ways, I still feel that way but it shows the world the impact that ANYONE can have when they are determined to make a change.
My efforts were never alone.
I am forever grateful for my creative team for SPECTACLE. John Souza for its inception and Jerry Nikolaev in production. In the first pride, the Collins Creative team, led by Joshua Collins, provided the mascots for this inclusive celebration to which I now lovingly call “my drag family”.
From Instagram messages, city meetings, and connections, we created the St. Cloud Pride Alliance. I am forever astounded by the seamless teamwork and camaraderie that was established by the “OGs”: Joshua Collins, Sharron Cardenas, Dio Cardenas, and Shawn Fletcher.
There are so many more people who have been personal support - friends, family, and of course, my husband, Cody, who has been there with me through so much of this journey.
