Cherish Life 🇯🇲 🤍
Honestly, I don’t even have the words for much in this life anymore, because I’ve learned that everything in life is fragile and must be cherished while we have it. Nothing is guaranteed, not even life itself.
Watching the effects of Hurricane Melissa on my country, Jamaica, has been heartbreaking. It’s a reminder that natural disasters can happen anytime, anywhere. No one is spared from life’s fragility. No matter how big, educated, wealthy, or powerful we think we are, not even the king in his palace, we are all just here for a time.
A time to live good with each other.
A time to put our Lord and Saviour first.
A time to let conscience, kindness, and consideration guide us.
A time to let go of manipulation, envy, selfishness, and unkindness.
Because when we understand these things, life’s fragility will be met with humility, peace, and contentment. 🤍🇯🇲
