I began working on the script for my next big project video today. After not having written an actual in-depth review in quite a while, I was worried I'd be a bit rusty and I wouldn't have much to say. And of course... I ended up writing the longest review I've ever written.
I would like some genuine, honest feedback about this. If you watch my "Speedrunning Movie Reviews" series, you might have noticed that I made a tweak to the text in today's video, namely that I made the black outline on the words thicker. I've actually been wanting to make this change for a while, because I've felt the text in these videos was a little bit too flat and blended too much into the background. So what do you think? Is this a change for the better? Should I go back to the way it originally was and not try to make any improvements? Or is this change a good idea, but I shouldn't make it this thick? I'm probably going to be experimenting for the next few videos, and I'd like to know what you guys think about it. And you don't think you have to spare my feelings on this (honestly, I wouldn't be a very good critic if I couldn't take constructive criticism myself)... give me your honest feedback and opinion on this change. Thanks in advance!

The video has come a long way in just a week. The editing on the actual ranking itself is complete. That was going to be the most time-consuming part, and it's finally out of the way.
And now it's time to direct my attention to the audience rankings. I've spent the whole day just going through the audience rankings that have already been sent to me (106 in total so far) and I have been overwhelmed by the sheer amount of votes so far (in a good way). Going through your lists have been equal parts entertaining and fascinating! There was more than I was expecting, so I'm going to have work hard to make sure this gets done in a timely manner.
Speaking of the audience rankings... this is both your 24 hour notice and final reminder... if you want your Top 10 Best and Top 10 Worst MGM cartoons to be considered in the video, then you need to vote now. Voting will be closing at 11:59 PM CDT on April 21st. Any votes cast after that time will not be considered. So as of the writing of this, you will have 27 hours to complete the form.

Once again, I'm not ready to give a hard release date yet, but the date is fast approaching, and I am expecting (without promising it) to be released sometime in April. And as always, my Patrons will get it early access to it for at least 24 hours before it goes live on YouTube. I'll be sure to let you guys know when the time is approaching.

First order of business; substantial progress has been made on MGM (Part 5), especially in the last weekend. The audio is mostly recorded and edited, and I have already begun the process of editing the actual video; probably about 15-20% if I had to guess off the top of my head. Things have been crazy for me especially in the last month or so, but things are finally starting to slow down, and I managed to overcome the hurdle that prevented me from progressing. As always, I can’t give out an official release date yet since I’m generally pretty bad about keeping the dates I set, but I’m cautiously optimistic about it getting released almost certainly by the end of the month.
Secondly, if you want to vote in the MGM Audience Top 10 Best and Top 10 Worst MGM cartoons but you haven’t yet, there’s still time to do so, but the window for that is going to be closing soon so if you haven’t done it yet and want to, I would strongly advise you to make it a priority. Once the deadline is within 24 hours there will be another community post letting you guys know when voting is closing.
