Now, I share the exact tools and practices that helped me come home to myself, so you can too.

Resistance is SO often misunderstood.

We think it means we're on the wrong path, that we're not ready, or that we simply don't have enough discipline. But more often than not, resistance is your nervous system trying to keep you safe. Your brain prefers what is familiar, even when what's familiar no longer serves you. That's why growth can feel uncomfortable. You're stepping beyond the limits of your current comfort zone.

Ironically, the life you want is often waiting on the other side of that resistance.

Every time you choose to move through fear instead of letting it make your decisions, you teach your mind and body that it's safe to expand. This week's EFT practice is designed to help you soften that resistance so you can stop waiting for the "perfect time" and start choosing the life that's calling you.

Last night was one of those moments that quietly reminds you how much life can change.

I was at my sister’s engagement party, and there was karaoke. A friend and I ended up singing what felt like 70% of the songs, completely unapologetically, laughing, dancing, and having the best time.

Halfway through the evening, my sister’s fiancé walked over to me and said, “You’ve really come out of your shell.”

It made me stop for a second because he’s right.

When we first met, I was burned out. I was chronically unhappy. I spent a lot of my time smoking weed, hiding from myself, and just trying to get through the day. I wasn’t fully expressing who I was because I didn’t feel safe enough to.

Healing didn’t happen overnight. It happened through hundreds of small moments. One meditation. One EFT session. One journal entry. One choice to show up for myself after another.

People often wait for a breakthrough, but it’s the consistency that creates one.

One day, you look around and realize you’re laughing louder, trusting yourself more, taking up space without overthinking it. You’re no longer surviving. You’re living.

Keep going. The version of you you’re working towards is already unfolding, even if you can’t fully see it yet.
