A little update on the weekly workout schedule newsletter 💌
I’ve genuinely loved sharing these free weekly schedules between programs to help keep everyone consistent, inspired, and trying new styles of training ✨
I know they’ve been valuable for a lot of you, which is why I really didn’t want to get rid of them altogether.
But as the channel has grown, so has the workload behind the scenes. Since I currently handle all the planning, filming, editing, programming, and production myself, I also have to be realistic about what I can sustainably manage long-term 🙇🏼♀️
So moving forward, the weekly workout schedules will be exclusive to Premium Program members ⚡️
This is my highest membership tier, and I wanted to make sure those members continue receiving extra value and support even outside of active programs and challenges.
The schedules will still include:
• A monthly workout calendar with class recommendations
• Guidance on what workouts to combine
• Variety to keep training exciting
• Recommendations for older classes and videos to keep exploring fitness!

💜 FORGE WEEK 6 is going LIVE as we speak🔥
This week has been all about UNILATERAL TRAINING 😮🔥
Which means we’re training one side at a time to build strength, balance, stability, and control from the ground up ⚡️
These workouts might look simple… but trust me, unilateral work exposes EVERYTHING 👀
Your core has to work harder, your stabilisers fire up, and every side has to pull its own weight 💪🏼
Here’s what you’re getting this week:
DAY 16 – LOWER BODY (UNILATERAL)
Single-leg strength, balance, and stability work that lights up the glutes, quads, and hamstrings 🔥 Expect control, focus, and a serious burn.
DAY 17 – FULL BODY (UNILATERAL)
A full-body challenge designed to test coordination and core stability while each side works independently 💥 Stay steady under fatigue.
DAY 18 – UPPER BODY (UNILATERAL)
One side at a time means no hiding 😮🔥 Target your back, chest, shoulders, and arms with focused, controlled strength work.

Unilateral training is one of the BEST ways to improve imbalances, build control, and create stronger movement patterns overall 💜
Don’t rush these workouts; slow down, focus on quality reps, and embrace the challenge 🔥
