I’m going to teach live in Mumbai on 25th July 2026. πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸΌ

The theme of this event is "AI Agents at Work." Here you will learn how to implement AI agents at your work with live use cases.

I usually teach online, but this is one of the rare opportunities to learn from me in person. This is suitable for all working professionals, business leaders and startup founders.

This is a working evening, not a lecture. See what AI agents actually do, where they replace real work, and how you can put them to use in your own business the very next morning.

This is a paid event, and every ticket includes a complimentary 3-month AI Pro subscription (worth β‚Ή1,800), giving you continued access to AI learning, live workshops, and exclusive member benefits.

Additionally,

P.S. Some of what we’ll cover is already available on YouTube. Join this event if you’re looking for a live learning experience, meaningful networking opportunities, and a chance to contribute to a good cause.

P.S 2: 100% of the net proceeds will go to Codebasics Foundation to support our goal this year to bring 25 kids out of begging.

It's easy to achieve when you are motivated.
But are you motivated always?
No! Because it's limited.
Ungoverned.
It fails you.

You need Discipline.

Disicpline is not exciting like motivation
But it will keep you moving forward,
even without motivation.

I got this mental model after many iterations ->

It's okay to not feel motivated every single day.
Run life with discipline as the primary fuel.
Use motivation like a booster.

The Bay Area feels like a different planet.

β†’ You will find multiple autonomous driverless cars on the road. I took multiple Waymo rides and they were just amazing

β†’ My friend's daughter raised $50K for her high school project

β†’ My friend's friend at Meta burns through $100K in tokens every month

β†’ A seasoned engineer at a good company clears $500K a year

β†’ AI engineers at frontier labs make millions

β†’ $1M buys you a house you are not going to like

β†’ Majority of NVIDIA employees are multimillionaires

β†’ Taxes are brutal, competition is brutaler

β†’ Peer comparison is a trap, and the stress is inevitable

β†’ And it's not weird to spot Zuckerberg, Altman, or Tim Cook at a restaurant β€” or in line at BJ's

For the ambitious and the relentless, there's nowhere else like it. (Visa permitting 🀨)

Recently, we went to Cheers Foundation to conduct a knowledge session for children as a part of Codebasics Foundation activity. The core theme of the session is to instill the habit of self learning and practical approach among them.

I was pleasantly surprised that the children were already doing that. A bunch of 10th class students built a rover that would work on many surfaces. Glad to learn that Young Tinker Foundation has sponsored them a 3D printer to work on their dreams further.

I realized that our nation has beautiful talents and beautiful people supporting them.

Kudos to your effort Anil Pradhan & team!

To get hired at Google, you need 3 things in you.

When I interviewed Omar Sanseviero (who is involved in building Google's Gemini models), he mentioned 3 things an aspirant should do,

1) Build deep domain expertise β€” AI + expertise in a field like healthcare, finance, or law is a powerful combination.

2) Build in public (e.g. open source contribution), but don't skip fundamentals β€” Share your work, but make sure you actually understand what you're building.

3) Have high agency and become AI-native β€” Experiment a lot and use AI tools daily.

I have an unconventional friend, Manubhai, a farmer in my village.

He doesn't check the AQI β€” he breathes fresh air of farms everyday.
He doesn't have to take vitamin D pills as he is in touch with sunlight all the time
He doesn't worry about food quality β€” he grows what he eats.
He doesn't lose sleep over the Iran war - he has no access of fear mongering media channels
He doesn't fear AI taking his job.

A simple life with minimal needs keeps him in a quiet, steady mood β€” the kind most of us are chasing through meditation apps, supplements, and self-help books.

Sometimes I wonder who's really living the upgraded life β€” him, or us.

On my way back home from Google I/O event, I met Moses β€” a machine technician who also drives Uber. During the ride, he asked me, β€œHow do I learn AI?”

Moses is 55+ and believes AI can help him in his machine technician work β€” some parts are computer-based, some are physical. He lives in silicon valley and yet he did not know about ChatGPT. I gave him a quick hands on session on ChatGPT, Gemini at the end of our ride.

What amazed me was his curiosity.

Many people half his age hesitate to learn new things, while he carried the learning energy of a child, even as he approaches retirement.

I’m glad our paths crossed that day 😊
