Let’s talk about 2 emotion-stirring times of year -- Friday the 13th & Valentine’s Day.

First, the superstition around Friday the 13th is just that — a superstition. Fear has no authority over your destiny. What you believe and how you move in integrity matters far more than folklore.

Second, while Valentine’s Day can be beautiful, it has also become commercialized heavily. Love is not proven by price tags or performative posts. Flowers die, candy gets eaten, but integrity and self-love endures forever.

When you love yourself you...

▪︎ Refuse to settle for less than you deserve
