I am Darja—a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and embodiment coach, passionate about the healing power of yoga, the nervous system, and becoming the most vibrant version of Self 🫶

One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga and flexibility is that we need to push harder or “be better.” But flexibility comes from our body’s ability to feel safe enough to let go. And that is connected to our nervous system and emotional capacity.

By joining me on the mat, you won’t just move your body—you’ll learn how to come back to yourself and find safety and peace that are always available to you, but sometimes get lost behind the stresses and demands of everyday life.

With the new season starting, I’ve decided to make a little change to my weekly uploads 🌿

Until now, I’ve been posting new yoga videos every Sunday for this amazing community (almost 2000 of you already!!! 🥹). But as my own routine and business have shifted, I’ll now be sharing:

✨ New guided meditations every Friday from my new series “Mindfulness Daily”

This series is something I’ve been quietly working on for a while, and it’s designed to help you bring that beautiful yoga energy off the mat and into your everyday life.

I remember how overwhelming it felt when I first started meditating — so this series includes simple, gentle, yet powerful mindfulness practices you can use not only during meditation, but anytime you need to calm your nervous system and quiet your busy mind 🧘‍♀️💛

And to make this transition smooth, this week’s new yoga flow will go live tomorrow morning — a 20-minute gentle yoga stretch that I know you’re going to love.

Hey my love♡ I just posted one of my favourite yoga routines, that I do myself whenever I'm short on time & feel a bit anxious or in my head. These are deep tension releasing stretches, allowing you to drop in to your body, and out of your head ☺️ Overthinking never leads to solutions, only to anxiety and more questions. All the answers come to us, when we still our mind, and be present, here and now. Happy Monday YouTube fam! ♡ I hope you had a fabulous start to the new week, and if it's been a bit challenging (like for me 🙈), then remember, everything in life is temporary and there is always sun after rain ☔️❤️

Lately I've noticed I've been holding a lot of tension in my body (tensing my glutes while cooking, squeezing my hands, flexing toes, and pressing too hard while journaling) and this comes from Hypervigilant Nervous System. SO I added affirmations to the meditation, and it works sooo well.
