Task: story post : 🌟Mulla Nasruddin and the Emperor’s Dinner Invitation🌟


Mulla Nasruddin was walking in the market when a royal guard approached him.
The guard handed him a golden envelope with the emperor’s seal on it.
People gathered around, surprised to see such honor given to Nasruddin.
With curiosity and pride, he opened it and read the dinner invitation aloud.


On the night of the feast, Nasruddin arrived wearing his simple old clothes.
The palace guards looked at him and refused to let him in.
They assumed he was a poor man with no place in the royal banquet.
Disappointed, Nasruddin walked back home without saying a word.


He returned dressed in rich, elegant clothes, wearing a fine coat and shiny turban.
This time the guards welcomed him with respect and guided him inside.
As food was served, Nasruddin dipped his coat sleeve into the dishes.
Everyone stared in confusion, wondering what he was doing.


Nasruddin smiled and said, “It seems my coat was invited—not me.”
He continued feeding the coat to show the foolishness of judging by appearance.
The emperor understood the lesson and apologized warmly.
The guests laughed, learning a wisdom they would remember forever.

ملا نصرالدین بازار میں چل رہے تھے کہ ایک شاہی محافظ ان کے پاس آیا۔
محافظ نے انہیں سنہری لفافہ دیا جس پر بادشاہ کی مہر لگی تھی۔
لوگ حیران ہو گئے کہ ملا نصرالدین کو شاہی دعوت کیوں ملی ہے۔
نصرالدین نے فخر اور تجسس سے لفافہ کھولا اور دعوت نامہ پڑھا۔



دعوت کی رات وہ اپنے معمولی کپڑوں میں محل پہنچے۔
محل کے دربانوں نے انہیں دیکھا اور اندر جانے سے روک دیا۔
انہیں لگا کہ یہ غریب آدمی شاہی ضیافت کے قابل نہیں۔
نصرالدین خاموشی سے واپس گھر چلے گئے۔



وہ دوبارہ آئے مگر اس بار قیمتی کپڑوں اور خوبصورت پگڑی میں۔
اس دفعہ دربانوں نے بڑی عزت سے انہیں اندر بلایا۔
جب کھانا پیش ہوا تو نصرالدین نے اپنا کوٹ سالن میں ڈبونا شروع کر دیا۔
محفل میں بیٹھے لوگ حیران رہ گئے کہ وہ کیا کر رہے ہیں۔



نصرالدین نے مسکرا کر کہا، “لگتا ہے دعوت میرے کوٹ کو ملی تھی، مجھے نہیں۔”
وہ کوٹ کو کھانا کھلاتے رہے تاکہ سب ظاہر بینی کی غلطی سمجھ سکیں۔
بادشاہ نے ان کی حکمت دیکھی اور معذرت کی۔
تمام مہمان ہنس پڑے اور زندگی بھر کا سبق سیکھ لیا۔

ہر کوئی پریشان، بے چین یا اپنی دنیا میں گم نظر آ رہا تھا۔
اتنے میں ایک نوجوان ان کے پاس آیا جو زندگی سے مایوس اور الجھا ہوا تھا۔
وہ بولا، “ملا جی، کیا ایک چھوٹا سا خیال واقعی زندگی بدل سکتا ہے؟”



ملا نے مسکراتے ہوئے زمین سے ایک چھوٹا سا بیج اٹھایا۔
بیج دکھاتے ہوئے کہا، “یہ معمولی سا بیج ایک بڑے درخت کی طاقت رکھتا ہے۔”
“اصل بات اس کے سائز کی نہیں، بلکہ اس خیال کی ہے جو اسے لگانے کے پیچھے ہوتا ہے۔”
نوجوان غور سے سنتا رہا، اس کے چہرے پر دلچسپی بڑھتی گئی۔



ملا بولے، “جیسے بیج درخت بنتا ہے، ویسے ہی ایک خیال حقیقت بن جاتا ہے۔”
“اگر تمہارے ذہن میں خوف ہو، تو زندگی میں خوف ہی اُگے گا۔ اور اگر امید ہو، تو کامیابی اُگے گی۔”
“انسان کی زندگی بہت سے خیالات سے نہیں، بس ایک مضبوط سوچ سے بنتی ہے۔”
نوجوان کے دل میں اچانک سمجھ کی روشنی سی پھیل گئی۔


وہ ملا کا شکریہ ادا کر کے نئی خوداعتمادی کے ساتھ وہاں سے چلا گیا۔
اسے احساس ہو گیا کہ اصل تبدیلی ایک بامقصد خیال سے شروع ہوتی ہے۔
وہ خیال جو انسان کو بہتر بنائے اور آگے بڑھنے کا راستہ دکھائے۔
اور اسی دن سے اس نے ایک اچھے خیال کی طاقت کو دل سے قبول کر لیا۔

The neighbour insisted someone must have taken his shadow. 🤦‍♂️

لوگ اُس کی بےوقوفی پر ہنس رہے تھے۔ 😂

مُلّا نے اسے کہا کہ دھوپ میں چند قدم چل کر دیکھو۔ 🌞
جیسے ہی وہ چلا، اس کا سایہ فوراً اس کے ساتھ چلنے لگا۔ 👣
پڑوسی خوشی سے چیخ اٹھا، اسے لگا مُلّا نے کوئی جادو کیا ہے۔ ✨
مُلّا مسکرائے اور بولے، “ڈرو نہیں، عقل استعمال کرو۔” 😊


پڑوسی نے مُلّا کا شکریہ ادا کیا کہ اُس نے اس کا “سایہ بچا لیا۔” 🙏
اس نے وعدہ کیا کہ آئندہ بغیر سوچے گھبرائے گا نہیں۔ 🧠
مُلّا ہنستے ہوئے واپس گھر کی طرف چلے گئے۔ 😄
ایک اور دن، ایک اور سبق محبت سے سکھا دیا گیا۔ 🌿
