Update for InvestingDoc Podcast Episodes:
I publish my podcast on Spotify and it pushes to all other podcast platforms, including YouTube. I've worked the problem with YouTube support for a few weeks now, and it seems clear to me. I have to disconnect the Podcast link from Spotify going forward and just post podcast episodes natively here on YouTube.
The problem: YouTube flips access from public to private about 2 hours after the podcast episode goes live. I have to manually go in and flip it from private back to public. This happens 3 times then YouTube will leave it up. That's why my podcast episodes on here will sometimes just disappear all of a sudden to only reappear later.
Next week Monday you will see my podcast episodes show up differently on YouTube as I am going to start publishing on YouTube directly and delete the connection to Spotify.

It's insane how much the property market has gone down. We sold this house directly to redfin in May for just shy of $1M. Despite all the price reductions, it still hasn't sold. 25% drop in price in 5 months and still no one interested. Wild.
