This channel documents my experiences, videos, records, public meetings, and legal matters involving Forest Lakes Unit 3 in La Plata County, Colorado.
For over 10 years I paid residential taxes on property classified as residential while facing permitting barriers allegedly tied to infrastructure that was supposed to be provided. I documented concerns involving camping, recreation, access roads, lot sales, future water taps, wildfire hazards, gunfire, harassment, and changing enforcement.
I believe these conditions contributed to public safety concerns, the Blue Ridge Fire, and my displacement from my home.
