ZARUNA HEALING

As I finished teaching my yoga class, I noticed the leaves on the tree, quietly preparing to breathe their last breath. A soft ache touched my heart. I thanked them silently for being with me through the year, for offering shade, protection, and quiet companionship. I know I’ll see new leaves in the spring, but not these very same ones. 🍃

It reminded me of how easily we get caught up in our own lives. We forget to acknowledge our feelings, to express our gratitude, and to tell our family, friends, and those who walk beside us how much they mean to us, until it’s too late.

So if you’re reading this, perhaps there’s a reason. Pick up the phone, send that message, or meet someone who truly matters to you. Let them know. Life moves gently… and quickly.
