Most women I talk to describe the same thing BONE TIRED by evening, but they can't explain why. They didn't do anything "hard." They just got through the day.πŸ€”

Here's what's actually happening: your body holds a low-grade tension all day long. In your posture, your breathing, your muscles bracing against gravity without a single break. It's invisible work but it adds up.

This carousel breaks down exactly why it happens and gives you three practical ways to interrupt it one during the day, one in the evening, and one morning habit that prevents it building up in the first place.

If this sounds like your every single day, save it. And share it with someone who always says they're exhausted but can't figure out why because nobody ever explained it to them either. 🀍

Stretching and mobility are not the same thing and honestly, nobody told me this for years either.

Flexibility is when your body can be pushed into a range. Mobility is when you can get there yourself, with control. That difference is everything.

Once I started training mobility properly, my lifts felt easier, my runs felt smoother, and I stopped waking up stiff every single morning.

Save this for your next workout and tell me, where do you feel most restricted?
Hips, shoulders, or ankles? πŸ‘‡

You can train your core during pregnancy. You're just doing the wrong exercises.
πŸ‘‰ Swipe

Crunches and sit-ups create downward pressure that works against your pelvic floor and linea alba. But dropping all core work is just as harmful β€” a strong, functional core reduces back pain, supports your growing bump, and directly prepares your body for labour and recovery.

These are the 3 moves I recommend to every pregnant client:

1. Diaphragmatic breathing β€” 10 reps
2. Dead bug β€” 8 reps each side
3. Bird dog β€” 10 reps each side

No gym. No equipment except a resistance band. Under 15 minutes, 3x a week.

Save this and start this week. Your recovery will thank you.

20 minutes. Standing. No equipment. All trimesters. #upperbody #pregnancyworkout

Upper body strength that actually prepares you for what comes after the birth not just the bump.

Nobody told me this after I had my baby. I went straight into trying to "fix" my stomach and nothing worked, because I was skipping the step that makes everything else possible.

Your body reorganised itself completely during pregnancy. Your pelvis, your ribcage, your whole posture shifted to make space. And after birth, that doesn't just reset on its own.

Before your core can work properly again, your structure needs to find its natural position first. That's not a detour β€” that's the actual path.

Save this if you're postpartum and frustrated that nothing seems to be working. And drop a πŸ™‹ below if this is the first time you're hearing this β€” you're not alone.

Doing all the right exercises and your core still doesn't feel right?

The missing piece is almost always your breathing. πŸ‘‰ Swipe.

After birth, most women default to shallow chest breathing without realising it and it keeps the deep core stuck no matter how much you train.

2 minutes a day is all it takes to reset this. Most women feel a difference within a week.

Save this and try the 9 breaths tomorrow morning.

Had anyone ever told you about breathing and core recovery before? πŸ‘‡

Your back hurt... but the problem isn't your back.

Swipe to find out what's actually causing it (and what to do). πŸ‘‰

Most postnatal moms spend months treating the wrong thing.

The real culprit is almost always the pelvic floor and once you understand the connection, everything starts to make sense.

Save this for the next time your back flares up.

Where do YOU feel tension most, lower back, hips, or neck?

I stopped making separate meals for my toddler and it’s been a game changer.
Since she was around 9–10 months old, we eat the same food as a family.
I just:

– adjust salt & spices (actually it's for me she can handle spice better than me already haha)
– keep textures appropriate
– serve it in a simple way

That’s it.
No more double cooking.
No more overthinking meals.
Just real food, together 🀍
Which meal would your toddler try first? πŸ‘‡
