After years of playing scrims and tournaments (10+ hrs/day) on 5-finger gyro, I developed a wrist issue (carpal tunnel). I started feeling pain, numbness, and tingling in my hand and fingers, which is one of the reasons I stepped away from competitive play.
Now I’m on 6-finger no-gyro. Honestly, my gameplay is definitely worse right now 😅 but I really appreciate everyone who tunes in and supports me as I learn and improve.
Gamers, remember to stretch and protect your hands while gaming. Your health always comes first!
