The Breath Class App is officially live!
If you experience:
• Air hunger
• The constant urge to take a deep breath
• Chest tightness
• Feeling like your breath doesn't feels satisfying enough
• Being told “everything is normal” on tests or that it's “just anxiety”
then this was created for you.
The Breath Class was built for the people who are tired of overthinking every breath, tired of trying to fix it on their own, and ready to understand what their breathing is actually doing.
Inside TBC, you'll find daily guided breath classes that fit into real life, clear step-by-step breathing physio programmes, different breath class lengths depending on the time you have, and supportive movement/exercise designed to work alongside your breathing - whether that's mobility, walking, running, strength training, pilates or core work..
Everything has been designed carefully to help you retrain your breathing pattern, reduce air hunger, build confidence and help breathing feel more automatic again.
And this is only the beginning.
The Breath Class is live and growing - with new breath classes, new ideas, new resources, and new ways for us to transform your breathing together coming regularly.
One last little note before today ends,
All 50 founding membership spots using the 30% founder code have officially been filled.
BUT I've decided to keep the 30% founders code open until the end of today because I really don't want someone who needs this to miss out.
If you've been thinking about joining TBC community, this is your moment.
Use founder code BREATHCLASS30 before the end of today to secure your 30% off founders code.
After today, that code will be gone.
I'd love to welcome you inside!
With care and encouragement,
Abby 💚

The Breathing Physio
Happy Monday everyone!
Let’s start the week with a diaphragm release, combining diaphragmatic breathing with simple mobility to help free up your neck, chest, and back.
When these areas feel tight, the diaphragm can’t move as easily. This week’s new class focuses on reconnecting breath and movement, so your breathing feels less forced and more natural.
Here is your weekly breathing retraining schedule. I’ve put together a gentle daily structure to help you stay consistent with your practice. This week’s sequence includes:
- NEW: Diaphragm Release & Mobility Flow
- Slow and Calm Breathing
- Breathe Calmly Using Diaphragm
- Neck & Back Mobility for Air Hunger
- Release Restricted & Tight Breathing
- Exercise for Air Hunger
- Stuck Forcing Deep Breaths?

The Breathing Physio
Our 26 Day Natural Breathing Challenge is complete! 🤍
You should be SO proud of yourself! A massive well done on taking this time for you and taking the first steps towards learning how to breathe properly, slowly, and with your diaphragm.
I also know some of you are just getting started or in the middle of the challenge, and that is more than okay, there is no rush! Keep going and know we’re all cheering you on every step of the way.
One thing I really want you to take away from this challenge is that breathing retraining is about gradually building efficient breathing habits, not forcing or rushing the process. Restoring natural breathing can take months, sometimes even years (personally, it took me just over 1 year), and that’s normal. Please be kind to yourself. I am here to support you every step of the way!
Thank you for the trust, the commitment, and the support you’ve shown, it genuinely means the world to me.
And don’t worry, this isn’t the end!!
I’ll still be posting weekly breathing retraining practices every Monday on my YouTube channel to keep supporting on your breathing journey!
Now I would looove to hear from you! How do you feel? What changes physical or mentally have you noticed? What felt helpful, most challenging or even surprising? I want to hear it all!! 🙏🏽✨
I also know that breathing can feel hardest when you’re on the go (e.g. walking, working, busy, distracted) or when you’re not distracted and find yourself overthinking your breath again.
I’ve been working behind the scenes on something VERY special to support you with this next step.

I am so grateful for you.
Please keep being kind with yourself as you learn to breathe naturally, keep practicing, and know that I’m right here, cheering you on, always.
With so much love,
Abby 🤍

The Breathing Physio
Hello lovely humans!
I can't believe we're already one week into the 26 Day Natural Breathing Challenge!
And if you've shown up for one video, two videos, or all of them - you should be SO proud of yourself. Simply starting… getting curious about your breathing pattern… learning how to reduce air hunger and reconnect with natural breathing - that's what this breathing journey is all about.
And if you're new here and only just hearing about the challenge, don't worry at all. You can start anytime! I'd recommend beginning at Day 1 when you're ready, and letting each day gently build on the last. You don't need to make big changes all at once. All it takes is around 10-20 minutes a day, guided by me, to begin creating better breathing habits.
Consistent breathing retraining helps reduce air hunger, overcome dysfunctional breathing patterns, ease anxiety around your breath, breathe with clarity instead of confusion, and develop practical tools to improve your breathing and overall confidence.
As we move into the next seven days, we start bringing everything together - gently integrating your optimal breathing pattern into movement, exercise, and improving the connection between your diaphragm, core, and body… so you can begin feeling more confident exercising again too!
Be kind and be patient with yourself. Learning to breathe slowly using your diaphragm takes time, consistency, and self-compassion.
You don't need to get it perfect.
Pressure only creates more tension, and that's the opposite of what we want.
Let it go.
Trust the process.
And allow your breathing pattern to rebalance with the right tools.
I'll see you very soon for your next breathing retraining (I’ve just uploaded Day 8! 🤍
With care and encouragement,
Abby
