Hey peeps,

After our back-end changes a couple of weeks ago (👀😅), people have messaged to ask if we’ll be turning Memberships back on… At the moment, the answer is no.

This obviously begs the question, why wouldn’t we want to take your money?! 😂

And the honest answer is that we don’t feel like we were earning it.

We LOVE showing you behind the scenes of everything that happens at the studio but timings for the Livestreams are always unpredictable, which doesn’t give you a great experience, and unfortunately the time vs money ratio doesn’t make sense of bespoke pre-recorded/edited content at the moment.

With money being tight for most of us right now, we want you to feel like you’re spending it on the things that actually matter and give you the best experience.

So, rather than feel like we’re on the back foot doing a half-ass job, we’d rather fully focus on creating the best YouTube content possible for everyone, and then for those who can - and are willing to - spend their hard earned money with us, we’ll continue to put on the biggest, most extravagant Live Shows (watch this space) and build the best meal-planning and recipe app experience with Sidekick.

We never say never, so if we have a brilliant idea to reignite Memberships again, we’ll let you know.

Hey hey, there's some changes going on in the backend of the channel that are affecting views and monetisation... It could be fixed today or may take a couple of days.

I know our Channel Members have had an email to say their Membership has been paused... I didn't realise that would happen, so wasn't able to give you a heads up.

Fingers crossed things get back to normal soon and it doesn't affect any video releases today or later in the week... But I'll keep you updated!

For more than 15 years, Barry, Jamie, and Mike have been on a delicious adventure with Sorted Food, a global food community driven by curiosity and friendship.

Having been constantly fed inspiration and knowledge by incredible chefs from around the world, in many ways, they never outgrew the weaning phase. They have become, in a sense, the ultimate "weenies" always learning, always exploring, and always hungry for more.

But then, they became dads.

And with fatherhood came a new perspective: a responsibility to pass on that same sense of wonder and joy around food to the next generation.

They realised that if they, as adults, could remain perpetual learners "weenies", then they could help their kids become fearless food explorers, too.


And so, ‪@SortedKids‬ was born, a mission to transform the way children experience food, not with rules or pressure, but through play, creativity, and fearless exploration.

Now, we're inviting other parents, creators, and changemakers to join us on this journey, to build a movement that will change food culture for generations to come.
