Article🚨 37 Trillion Cells Are Working Inside You — Who Is Really in Control?
Thought-Provoking Logical Questions — With Numbers and Scientific Facts
You say: “This is mine… I am the owner.”
Alright. Then answer honestly.
If your heart is yours, are you personally commanding it to beat approximately 100,000 times every day?
If your blood circulation is yours, are you personally pumping thousands of liters of blood daily throughout your body?
If your lungs are yours, are you manually managing around 20,000 breaths every day?
If your brain is yours, are you consciously controlling approximately 86 billion neurons and telling each one how to function?
If your body is yours, are you commanding the millions of biochemical reactions happening every second?
If your skin is yours, when you get a wound, are you instructing it to create new cells and repair itself?
There are approximately 37 trillion cells in your body. Did you create even one?
If your genetic code is yours, did you design it before your birth?
If your sleep is fully in your control, why do you sometimes fail to sleep even after trying hard?
If your mind is yours, why do unwanted thoughts enter without permission?
If your health is entirely in your control, how can a microscopic virus bring the whole world to a halt?
Now tell me:
How can you claim absolute ownership over something that is not under your absolute control?
“I Worked Hard and Earned It” — Let Us Examine Logically
Yes.
You worked hard.
No one denies that.
But:
Are you personally running the energy production systems inside your body?
If your brain stops sending signals, can you continue working?
If one heart attack happens, do not all your plans suddenly change?
In an average human lifetime:
Approximately 2 to 3 billion heartbeats
Countless millions of breaths
Hundreds of thousands of hours of nervous system activity
Are you manually operating all this?
No.
That means:
Your effort is real. But the system that makes your effort possible is not your creation.
Farmer Example — With Numbers
A farmer says:
“I grew this crop.”
Fair enough.
But:
Inside one plant:
Without sunlight, food production cannot happen
Billions of microorganisms in the soil support growth
Improper water balance can destroy the crop
Question:
Does the farmer control rainfall?
Does the farmer decide the intensity of sunlight?
Did the farmer place life inside the seed?
That means:
The effort belongs to the farmer. But absolute proprietorship does not.
Dog Example — Behavioral Science
A dog protects its territory.
Why?
Behavioral science explains:
Territorial defense is a survival response.
That does not mean real ownership.
It is simply instinctive behavior.
Now look at human beings:
“My house.”
“My chair.”
“My name.”
“My service.”
If someone touches these, anger comes.
Question:
Is human society expressing the same instinct in a more sophisticated language?
Bhagavad-gītā 3.27
prakṛteḥ kriyamāṇāni guṇaiḥ karmāṇi sarvaśaḥ
ahaṅkāra-vimūḍhātmā kartāham iti manyate
Translation (Bhagavad-gītā As It Is):
“The bewildered spirit soul, under the influence of the three modes of material nature, thinks himself to be the doer of activities which are in actuality carried out by nature.”
What an astonishing observation.
Nature is operating countless systems.
Yet man says:
“I am doing everything.”
Ownership Test of Your Body
If you are truly the owner:
Stop your hair from turning gray
Stop aging
Remove fever instantly
Stop and restart your heartbeat at will
Remove one pimple by command
If you cannot—
You are a user, not the absolute proprietor.
Science of the Mind
Why does mental stress arise?
Because of:
“My plan”
“My respect”
“My possession”
When these identities are threatened:
Heart rate increases
Stress hormones rise
Anxiety increases
But when one thinks:
“I am a servant. The Supreme Proprietor is Lord Krishna.”
The mind becomes lighter.
Bhagavad-gītā 18.61
īśvaraḥ sarva-bhūtānāṁ hṛd-deśe ’rjuna tiṣṭhati
bhrāmayan sarva-bhūtāni yantrārūḍhāni māyayā
Translation (Bhagavad-gītā As It Is):
“The Supreme Lord is situated in everyone’s heart, O Arjuna, and is directing the wanderings of all living entities, who are seated as on a machine, made of the material energy.”
The body is a machine.
We are passengers.
Bhagavad-gītā 5.29
bhoktāraṁ yajña-tapasāṁ sarva-loka-maheśvaram
suhṛdaṁ sarva-bhūtānāṁ jñātvā māṁ śāntim ṛcchati
Translation (Bhagavad-gītā As It Is):
“A person in full consciousness of Me, knowing Me to be the ultimate beneficiary of all sacrifices and austerities, the Supreme Lord of all planets and demigods, and the benefactor and well-wisher of all living entities, attains peace from the pangs of material miseries.”
The proprietor of all worlds is Lord Krishna.
Final Truth
Every day:
100,000 heartbeats
Thousands of breaths
Millions of biological reactions
Coordination of trillions of cells
You are not manually running these.
Yet saying:
“I am the owner.”
How logical is that?
We work.
We take responsibility.
But we are not the Supreme Proprietor.
That is humility.
That is wisdom.
That is peace.

Article 🚨 Are We Unable to Wake Up at 4 A.M.? Is It the Body… the Mind… or Māyā?
A Powerful Self-Analysis of Sādhana Success
“I set an alarm… but I cannot wake up…”
“I have devotion… but my body does not cooperate…”
But one honest question:
If there is a train that day? A flight? An exam? An emergency work? Will we wake up or not?
The answer: Yes, we will.
Then the problem is not only in the body. Many times, the mind, habits, and priorities are also the reasons.
What Does Śāstra Say?
1. Is the Mind a Friend or an Enemy?
Bhagavad-gītā 6.6
bandhur ātmātmanas tasya yenātmaivātmanā jitaḥ
For one who has conquered the mind, it is the best friend. For one who has failed to do so, the mind acts like an enemy.
Self-Reflection:
☐ When the alarm rings, does my mind say, “Wake up”? Or does it say, “Just 10 more minutes”?
☐ Am I controlling my mind? Or is my mind controlling me?
2. Without Regulation in Sleep, How Can There Be Yoga?
Bhagavad-gītā 6.17
yuktāhāra-vihārasya yukta-ceṣṭasya karmasu
For one who is regulated in eating, recreation, work, sleep, and wakefulness, yoga becomes successful.
Self-Reflection:
☐ Am I sleeping at the same time every day?
☐ Or one day at 9 PM and another day at 12:30 AM?
☐ Is my sleep helping my devotion? Or obstructing it?
3. Small Habits Become Great Bondages
Bhagavad-gītā 2.62–63
dhyāyato viṣayān puṁsaḥ saṅgas teṣūpajāyate
saṅgāt sañjāyate kāmaḥ...
When the mind dwells on sense objects, attachment begins.
Modern Example:
“Just a little WhatsApp…”
“Just one video…”
“Just one message reply…”
Then 15 minutes → 45 minutes → 2 hours.
Checklist:
☐ Is my phone stealing my night sleep?
☐ In the name of spiritual content, am I also doing unnecessary scrolling?
Śrīla Prabhupāda’s Clear Guidance About Rising Early
1) What Is Ācāra?
“We are training, ‘Rise early in the morning. Chant Hare Kṛṣṇa. Have maṅgala-ārati.’ This is ācāra. By practicing this, you can see the distinction between ordinary men and our men.”
— Śrīla Prabhupāda, Lecture on Bhagavad-gītā 16.7, Tokyo, January 27, 1975
2) Prabhupāda’s Direct Instruction
“Everyone should rise early in the morning before four o’clock.”
— Śrīla Prabhupāda, Lecture on Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 1.1.5–6, London, August 23, 1971
3) The Danger of Neglecting Discipline
“If we fall down in following the regulative principles such as rising before four, chanting 16 rounds, like that, if these things are not strictly observed then māyā will enter and spoil everything.”
— Śrīla Prabhupāda, Letter to Madhumaṅgala, Hyderabad, November 18, 1972
Common Reasons People Give — The Real Analysis
Case 1: “The Body Needs Rest”
Yes, the body needs rest.
But the question is:
☐ Am I respecting the body? Or just justifying lack of discipline in the name of the body?
Case 2: “I Am a Night Person”
Question:
Were you born as a night person?
Or is it a habit built over years?
Check:
☐ Is this my nature? Or a conditioned habit?
Case 3: “I Have Devotion but Cannot Wake Up”
This is a deep question.
Because:
☐ I wake up for exams
☐ I wake up for money
☐ I wake up for responsibilities
Then:
Why not for Kṛṣṇa?
This is not for guilt. This is for honest introspection.
Our Inner Battle
Bhagavad-gītā 3.43
evaṁ buddheḥ paraṁ buddhvā
One must conquer the internal enemy.
Who is that enemy?
Sometimes it is the mind that says:
“Just 10 more minutes…”
Powerful 4 A.M. Checklist
Ask these questions every night:
☐ Did I prepare to sleep between 9:00–9:30 PM today?
☐ Did I keep my phone aside beforehand?
☐ Did I prepare tomorrow’s planning, clothes, and necessities?
☐ Am I merely thinking “I should wake up”? Or have I firmly decided “I will wake up”?
☐ Did I place the alarm away from the bed?
☐ Is my last thought Kṛṣṇa? Or my phone?
Questions to Ask Immediately Upon Waking
☐ Am I serving the body? Or the soul?
☐ Will these extra 10 minutes of sleep change my life?
☐ Will brahma-muhūrta come back again?
☐ Am I honoring this sacred time given by Kṛṣṇa?
Scientific Perspective
In the early morning hours:
The mind is comparatively calmer.
Distractions are fewer.
Spiritual focus is stronger.
A disciplined identity is built.
Decision-making becomes clearer.
Mental fatigue is less.
Therefore, traditionally, great personalities gave utmost importance to brahma-muhūrta.
Not everyone has the same physical condition; there may be genuine circumstances such as travel, health conditions, or special services.
But as a general life principle, a devotee who desires advancement in sādhana should honor brahma-muhūrta and build a lifestyle that enables waking before 4 A.M. as far as possible.
Because:
Devotion does not grow through convenience. It grows through consistency.
Is my mind leading me? Or am I leading my life toward Kṛṣṇa? 🙏

Article: 🚨 Expensive School Fees – 5 Crore Unemployed – 15 Lakh Engineering Graduates Every Year
What is the real education system according to Bhagavad-gītā?
Dear Parents — Are we truly thinking about our children’s future? Or are we running in fear?
A dangerous situation is visible today.
Village parents are thinking:
“If our children stay in the village, they will fall behind.”
City parents are thinking:
“If we do not put them in an expensive school, they will have no future.”
But one simple question:
How many parents directly asked the school?
At present in India, it is estimated that approximately 10–15 lakh engineering graduates are produced every year.
According to some well-known studies, around 83% of graduates, including engineering graduates, are not getting suitable jobs.
Then what about the lakhs of rupees invested in schooling?
Not even a guaranteed job is coming.
Will the schools return your money?
Who is actually benefiting?
According to recent surveys (CMIE and other Indian labor surveys), approximately 4.8–5.3 crore people in India are unemployed.
Bhagavad-gītā 18.30
pravṛttiṁ ca nivṛttiṁ ca
kāryākārye bhayābhaye
Meaning:
What should be done? What should not be done?
What is beneficial? What is harmful?
The intelligence that understands this is sattvic intelligence.
Parents should make decisions with wisdom, not fear.
Do a small survey yourself
Look at 20 degree-holding youth around you:
How many have jobs?
How many have communication skills?
How many can confidently face an interview?
How many have practical knowledge?
How many are living without stress?
The answer may shock you.
Because many have:
Certificates.
But no capability.
During the COVID period (2020), the number of unemployed in India reportedly reached around 5.3 crore (CMIE data).
What is the problem in the education system?
Present education mostly teaches:
Memorization
Writing exams
Scoring marks
But life demands:------
Problem solving
Communication
Decision making
Discipline
Emotional stability
Skills
This is the gap.
Hard truth about unemployment
Many youth, even after completing degrees:
Do not know what work to do
Have no skills
Have no confidence
Have no practical exposure
So the question:
Schools collected lakhs in fees.
But did they prepare children for life?
What does Bhagavad-gītā say about education?
Bhagavad-gītā 2.50
buddhi-yukto jahātīha
ubhe sukṛta-duṣkṛte
“Yoga means skill in action.”
Please notice:
Śrī Krishna did not speak merely about marks.
He spoke about kauśalam (skill).
So the question today:
Are we teaching our children skills? Or only syllabus?
Bhagavad-gītā 6.17
yuktāhāra-vihārasya
yukta-ceṣṭasya karmasu
Meaning:
Balanced:
Food
Lifestyle
Work
Sleep
These are necessary.
What is the condition of children today?
Late nights
Junk food
Stress
Pressure
Anxiety
Is this education? Or mental punishment?
Śrīla Prabhupāda said:
“Modern education means... just see this dangerous condition. For 531 posts, three lakh applicants applied... That means they are all educated. That means educated unemployed.”
Room Conversation about Gurukula — November 5, 1976, Vrindavan
______
Bhagavad-gītā 16.1–3
Divine qualities:
Fearlessness
Self-control
Honesty
Peacefulness
Discipline
Question:
How much is our education system developing these qualities?
Śrīla Prabhupāda:
“Parents should be intelligent enough to educate the child in such a way that this will be his last material body. Tyaktvā dehaṁ punar janma naiti (BG 4.9). He should not accept another material body. If parents can ensure that, then they should become parents; otherwise not.”
Conversation B — Atlanta — 02 March 1975
__________
Village parents’ illusion
“If we put the child in a hostel, he will improve.”
Why?
Who said so?
What evidence?
Children are not spoiled by location.
They are spoiled by:
Bad association + lack of supervision
Villages can provide:
Fresh air
Natural food
Family supervision
Emotional security
These are not small things.
City parents’ illusion
“Their child is in that school.”
This is not an educational decision.
This is social comparison.
Ask real questions
Ask the school:
Will my child:
Speak confidently?
Solve problems?
Handle stress?
Learn practical skills?
Develop good character?
What do children really need?
Up to 10th class:
Health
Nutritious food
Discipline
Interest in study
Good habits
Gītā values
Concentration
Physical activity
After that:
Higher specialization
Skill training
Career direction
Final warning
Spending money ≠ education.
Brand school ≠ success.
Degree ≠ employment.
Skill + character + health + values = real education.
Dear parents,
Do not decide in fear.
Decide with wisdom.
Srila Prabhupada :
If they are not spoiled by an artificial standard of sense gratification at an early age, children will turn out very nicely as sober citizens, because they have learned the real meaning of life.
If they are trained to accept that austerity is very enjoyable then they will not be spoiled. So you organize everything in such a way that we can deliver these souls back to Krishna—this is our real work. Some of our girls may be trained in colleges and take teacher exams, and their husbands also.

Article 🚨 Why Does a Human Being Become Emotionally Enslaved in Life?
What is Emotional Dependence?
Just as the body needs food, the mind needs care and support.
This is natural. But when it crosses a limit, it becomes dangerous.
Emotional dependence means:
“My happiness, my peace, my sense of worth — all become dependent on another person’s behavior.”
“If they are happy with me, I am happy. If they ignore me, I collapse.”
This is emotional dependence.
A Small Example
A devotee feels very happy when devotee friends speak with him.
But one day if they do not speak, he feels pain.
If a message reply is delayed, his peace of mind disappears.
If they talk with others, jealousy arises.
Even during japa, that person comes to mind instead of Krishna.
This is not ordinary appreciation.
This is emotional slavery.
How Does This Begin?
Usually like this:
I feel lonely
Someone understood me
I felt safe with them
Later, I feel uncomfortable without them
Later, life feels empty without them
At first, it appears as support.
Later, it becomes bondage.
What Are the Losses?
1) Freedom of Thought Is Lost
Instead of asking:
“What should I do?”
The mind keeps asking:
“What will they think?”
2) Peace of Mind Is Lost
Did they send a message?
Why did they not speak?
Are they upset?
In this way, the mind becomes exhausted.
3) Jealousy Increases
“Why are they talking with someone else instead of me?”
This creates deep internal pain.
4) Service Becomes Disturbed
During japa, Krishna is not remembered.
That person is remembered instead.
5) Self-Worth Decreases
The pain grows:
“No one really wants me.”
What Does Bhagavad-gita Say?
Bhagavad-gita 2.62
dhyāyato viṣayān puṁsaḥ saṅgas
If one keeps repeatedly thinking about something, attachment develops.
From attachment comes desire.
When desire is not fulfilled, anger arises.
This is the pathway of emotional dependence.
What Does Srimad-Bhagavatam Say?
“nārāyaṇa-parāḥ sarve na kutaścana bibhyati”
(Srimad-Bhagavatam 6.17.28)
A devotee fully surrendered to Lord Narayana fears nothing.
For such a person, heaven and hell are equal.
Complete Dependence on Krishna According to Srila Prabhupada
1) Who Is a First-Class Devotee?
“A first-class person is one who is not influenced by karma (fruitive activity) or yoga (mystic power). He simply depends on Krishna and is satisfied in devotional service.”
Reference:
Chaitanya Charitamrita, Madhya-lila 19.150 (Translation & Purport)
2) How Does a Krishna Devotee Depend?
“It is not that a Krishna-bhakta expects any assistance from Krishna; he simply depends on Krishna just as a child depends on his parents.”
Reference:
Chaitanya Charitamrita, Madhya-lila 19.149 (Purport)
3) In Whose Hands Is the Final Result?
“The ultimate result depends upon the will of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Therefore the devotee honestly performs his duty and completely depends upon Krishna.”
Reference:
Srimad-Bhagavatam 7.7.48 (Purport)
Prahlada Maharaja advised:
“Depend completely on Krishna and worship Him in devotional service.”
4) On Whom Is Everyone Actually Dependent?
“All living beings and material elements are dependent on Krishna, because Krishna is the Supreme Truth.”
Reference:
Teachings of Lord Chaitanya, Chapter 5
5) What Is the Faith of a Vaishnava?
“Every Vaishnava is dependent on Krishna. Krishna is ready to supply all necessities of life if the devotee follows the spiritual master’s instructions.”
Reference:
Chaitanya Charitamrita, Madhya-lila 24.266 (Purport)
The Truth
To become enslaved to human beings is weakness.
To completely depend on Krishna is bhakti.
People may change.
Situations may change.
Even the body will change.
But—
Krishna never changes.
Therefore the prayer of a devotee is:
“Krishna, I am not depending on You for results. Not out of fear. Not out of selfish desire. Like a small child trusting his father, I simply trust You.”
Bhagavad-gita 18.66
sarva-dharmān parityajya mām ekaṁ śaraṇaṁ vraja
“Surrender unto Me alone.”
What Changes Through Chanting?
By chanting the Hare Krishna maha-mantra:
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare
The mind becomes peaceful
Inner disturbance reduces.
Thoughts become clear
“I understand why I am suffering like this.”
Spiritual strength increases
“I am not alone.”
Bondages reduce
Human behavior affects us less.
Is It Good or Bad?
Moderate emotional support — good.
Dependence until slavery — dangerous.
Precautions
Do not place your happiness in one human being’s hands
Improve the quality of your japa
Remain engaged in devotional service
Observe your mind honestly
Respect others, but do not become emotionally enslaved
Final Message
Respect human beings.
But let only Krishna be the master of your heart.
Strong dependence on people is bondage.
Shelter in Krishna is liberation.

Article 🚨 Three Types of Mothers& Father's Based on the Modes of Nature
Which One Are We?
(A respectful introspection on Mother’s Day)
In India, children aged 0–14 years constitute approximately 31% of the total population (around 400 million children).
In Indian culture, it is said, “Mātṛ-devo bhava” — Let the mother be regarded as divine.
A mother is not merely the one who gives the physical body; she is the first teacher in life, the first giver of संस्कार (saṁskāra), and the first affectionate protector. In the lap of the mother, a child sees the world for the first time. In the words of the mother, the first seed of dharma is planted.
Therefore, this article is not meant to blame anyone. It is not meant to point fingers at anyone. It is an opportunity for all of us to look within ourselves and move one step higher.
In the Bhagavad-gītā, Lord Śrī Krishna explains the three modes of material nature — goodness (sattva), passion (rajas), and ignorance (tamas).
(Bhagavad-gītā Chapter 14)
These modes exist in different proportions within every human being. Therefore, the thoughts, decisions, and parenting styles of parents are also influenced by these modes.
1) Parents in the Mode of Goodness — “A child’s future is not merely a career, but character and destiny”
The mode of goodness means clarity, knowledge, balance, and noble intelligence.
Such parents understand that good education is necessary for children. But more importantly, they teach culture, devotion, and noble qualities.
Their question is not:
“How much will my child earn when he grows up?”
But rather:
“Will my child become a good human being and live with remembrance of God?”
Such a mother says:
“Come, my child, let us first chant Krishna’s holy name.”
“Let us learn one verse.”
“Let us honor prasādam.”
“Let us offer obeisances to elders.”
This is not taking away the child’s freedom; it is giving direction to the child’s heart.
Śrīla Prabhupāda placed great importance on devotional education for children. The impressions formed in childhood remain throughout life.
According to neuroscience, the prefrontal cortex (the part responsible for decision-making and self-control) in young children is not yet fully developed. However, because neuroplasticity is very high during this stage, habits, sounds, and emotional experiences become deeply imprinted.
Therefore, during that period, Krishna’s holy name, devotion, and saintly association act like a protective shield, helping to build emotional regulation, values, and a safe direction of thinking.
Śrīla Prabhupāda’s purport:
“As long as the living entity is innocent in the form of a child or boy, it is the duty of the parents to give him proper understanding of the values of life.”
— Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 4.28.22, Purport
“It is the duty of the parents to engage their son, their child, in devotional service from the very beginning of life.”
— Lecture on Bhagavad-gītā 2.13, Manila, October 12, 1972
2) Parents in the Mode of Passion — “Balance is needed… but sometimes worldly pressure wins”
The mode of passion means activity, ambition, competition, and prestige.
One important point here — parents in passion are not bad people. Very often, they are highly responsible. They work hard for their children, earn money, and struggle to provide good education.
But where does the problem begin?
Sometimes life slowly becomes like this:
Marks > Mind
Career > Character
Competition > Peace
Screen Time > Satsanga
They think:
“Studies are important now. Devotion can be considered later.”
But when the children grow older:
“Now they don’t listen…”
This is not criticism — this is simply a reality in many families.
Bhagavad-gītā explains that the mode of passion binds one through desires, attachments, and anxieties.
Out of affection for children, sometimes we become overwhelmed by the pressures of worldly standards.
In India, some studies suggest that approximately 15–39% of children aged 4–16 show symptoms related to poor mental health.
Śrīla Prabhupāda’s words:
“If we can produce children and raise them in Krishna consciousness so that they may become free from the repetition of birth and death, that is the duty of the parents.”
— Lecture on Bhagavad-gītā 7.11–13, Bombay, April 5, 1971
3) Parents in the Mode of Ignorance — “Without direction, children drift with the current”
The mode of ignorance means negligence, lack of knowledge, carelessness, and absence of clarity.
This does not mean such parents do not love their children. Love may certainly be there. But there may be a deficiency in giving direction.
Some common attitudes:
“They will figure it out when they grow up.”
“Everyone is doing it anyway.”
“Where do we have the time?”
Then the child’s teachers become:
Mobile phones
Social media
Trends
Random influences
Without direction, childhood becomes dangerous.
Among street children in India, approximately 37% have reportedly used some form of addictive substances such as cigarettes, bidis, or paan masala.
Śrīla Prabhupāda said:
“It is the duty of the father and mother to raise the children in such a way that they develop attraction for Krishna and the spiritual master.”
— Lecture on Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 7.9.19, Māyāpur, February 26, 1976
Mātṛ-devo Bhava — The Real Message
After reading this article, no one should think:
“This article is targeting me.”
No.
All three modes exist within all of us. Sometimes goodness manifests, sometimes passion, and sometimes ignorance.
The real Mother’s Day question is:
“What am I leaving behind for my child?”
Only:
A degree?
Money?
Property?
Or:
Culture?
Remembrance of God?
A peaceful heart?
Inspiration from Bhagavad-gītā
ūrdhvaṁ gacchanti sattva-sthā... (Bhagavad-gītā 14.18)
“Those situated in the mode of goodness gradually go upward to the higher planets.”
(Bhagavad-gītā As It Is — ISKCON Translation)
Meaning: The mode of goodness elevates us toward higher decisions.
Obeisances to Every Mother
Every mother makes countless sacrifices for her child. Therefore, this message is not criticism — it is an invitation.
One small change from today:
5 minutes of Krishna-nāma daily
One small verse
One devotional story
Temple darśana once a week
Often, this alone can change the direction of life.
Because…
The seed of God’s holy name planted in the heart during childhood becomes a tree that protects one throughout life.
Respectful obeisances to all mothers. 🙏
