Junior Salesforce Opportunities are absolutely out there but how we access them has shifted in the last 2 years. Here are the keys to success right now!

🔑 Be prepared. Don't wait for the market to be perfect to start preparing or you're going to lose out to those already prepared. What do they say about luck? It's where opportunity meets preparation. Not where opportunity meets someone who's "interested".

🔑 Applying for jobs will rarely get you an interview or even seen. Network, network, network! It's not hard but you also don't get shiny new badges, certifications or a sticker for doing it. 95%+ of any job I've seen landed in 2025-2026 wasn't applied for via a job board, the conversation started via a post, DM, comment, virtual meet or conference. Have a pitch ready that's under 30 seconds. Introduce yourself, how hard you've prepared, why you're ready and what you're looking for.

P.S. - This is not bad news, this is a reality of the world changing. Poorly implemented, aggressively used and rushed AI/Bot implementations have ruined the job application systems for employers and therefore candidates feel that too. Job seekers can choose to vent about it or strategize to win with the new realities of the job search game. I choose to strategize and win, the list above is how you can game plan without wasting time with outdated rules.

That's a quote from an email I received yesterday from one of the freelancers I'm working with in my current Freelancer Training Program. (I added some info below to shed light on where the email is coming from)
