I never imagined nuts—something we eat for health—could be coated with chemicals 😟
Recently, I came across a video that revealed how mineral oils and artificial glossing agents are often added to nuts just to make them look shiny and appealing.
But here’s the shocker — these coatings can cause gut-related issues over time!
Since then, I’ve made it a habit to wash nuts thoroughly before using them, whether it’s for snacking or cooking.
It really made me think…🤔
