Hi, I’m Tayani and I’ve dealt with weight fluctuations since I was 10 years old. I went on several weight loss journies most of which were unsuccessful due to food restricting, disordered eating, fad diets, and doing things that weren’t sustainable.
I was miserable and depressed. I decided to heal, and work on my mindset and my relationship with food. I created this channel to show that you can live a well-balanced life without food restrictions and fad dieting.

Good Morning.
This may be an unpopular opinion but discipline is built with consistency, ignoring temporary feelings and just doing what you need to do anyway.
Discipline sounds easy written here but if you're anything like I was, it takes a while to build. It takes restarting sometimes every day. It takes getting your workout clothes ready the night before. It takes waking up early morning or staying up late at night to reach your goals. In the beginning, it's so frustrating and overtime it becomes easier.
