Here's the short: I’m a third-generation tradesman, a painting contractor, a husband, a father, and above all — a man of God.
My 10-year-old son is my “why.” One day, he may choose to carry this mission forward, but for now, my job is to build a company worth passing down.
I started Desirable Painting over seven years ago with one goal:
Bridge the gap between contractors and homeowners.
Back then, homeowners repeatedly faced the same frustrations:
• Unreliable contractors
• Inconsistent customer service
• Weak or ignored warranties
• Low standards of work
We fixed that.

Zack has been a team lead with us for over a year, and in that time he has set a very high bar - as a father, a leader, a husband and an example of what leadership looks like on and off the job.
When he joined our team, his first questions weren't about tasks or schedules - they were about growth and balance.
Those questions pushed us to look inward and ask ourselves something important:
Are we creating positions in our team that empower growth -- Personally and financially?
Since then, we've worked side-by-side with Zack and our teams to make sure the answer is YES - and that we continue getting better together.
