If men had periods too, pads and tampons would probably be available everywhere, just like toilet paper. They might even be less expensive so everyone could afford them. Menstruation likely wouldn't be treated as something impure or shameful.
And if only men had periods, I doubt people would see it as impure either.
Schools should teach everyone about periods from an early age—ideally in primary school—because it's a normal biological process that everyone should understand.

By the way, I just got my period, and I still had to go to school just for attendance. Today, I was sitting on the last bench, and it was so uncomfortable. 😭
