We designed this home in West Palm Beach as a space that adapts to life, not the other way around.

Every zone is flexible, layered and intentional. The guest house easily transforms from a private bedroom to a billiard room, a gym or a relaxed poolside retreat.

The primary bedroom is placed on the second floor, so the house is equipped with an elevator for seamless everyday comfort. The kids’ rooms are on the same level, close enough to feel connected, yet set in a separate wing for quiet and independence.

At the heart of the upper floor is a central space that works as an office, a guest bedroom or a family room. Fluid, open and ready to shift with everyday life.

While the house is filled with large windows and natural light, privacy is never sacrificed. The layout carefully balances openness and seclusion, so every space feels both exposed and protected at the same time.

A small office for a logistics company designed to feel different from the typical work environment. Located on the top floor with access to an open rooftop terrace, the space immediately set the tone for the project, calm, open, and filled with light. Instead of a formal office atmosphere, the goal was to create a place where the manager and his team of eight can work with focus while feeling comfortable and at ease.

The interior is warm and inviting, with wood and soft textures creating a light and visually spacious environment. Repeating vertical elements such as blinds and a slatted ceiling add rhythm and gently structure the space. The office is organized into four zones: a lounge area, team workspace, manager’s office, and a conference room. Each of them has access to its own section of the terrace, naturally extending the workspace outdoors.

Nemo Residence reflects the individuality and creative spirit of its owner through both architecture and interior design.

The space is built on light textured walls, generous use of warm wood, and carefully curated details that draw attention without overwhelming the composition. A sculptural chandelier anchors the main living area, emphasizing the pitched roof and reinforcing the architectural character of the house. The common zone feels open and airy, filled with natural light throughout the day and defined by warm, tactile materials.

Designing a dream house always starts with a challenge, and this one was truly unique. A dramatic mountain ridge, a steep 54-foot elevation drop, and strict site limitations shaped every decision we made.

We rethought the traditional layout entirely. Instead of long corridors and predictable room sequences, the house unfolds through interconnected, multi-level spaces. Double-height living areas and the primary suite open up toward panoramic glazing, framing the surrounding landscape and pulling the mountains into the interior.

The material palette echoes the Californian terrain itself. Slate, metal, wood, and concrete come together to create a calm, grounded atmosphere that feels both contemporary and deeply connected to nature.

Architecture that adapts, not resists.
