To celebrate the 45th anniversary of Donna Summer’s best selling album, “Bad Girls” I am releasing two special 45th anniversary remixes of “Hot Stuff” and the title track, “Bad Girls”. “Hot Stuff” will be out on January 29th and “Bad Girls” will be out February 2nd. I have to say, you guys are in for a real treat! My creative juices haven’t been flowing hence why I haven’t done a remix in like 4 months. But in the last few days I took the time to really work on these two mixes to give fans something they’ll enjoy!

I acquired this signed print of Donna’s artwork entitled “She Works Hard For The Money” from a local buy nothing group for FREE! My heart is filled with joy to be able to own this incredible piece of DS history!

For those wondering, yes I’ve heard the news about Donna being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Grammy at this year’s Grammy Week! First thing I thought of was that it was about f***ing time. So happy to hear that she will be honored in this way. It’s a little bit bittersweet knowing she’s not here to enjoy it, but I know she’s smiling from above. It’s just so crazy to think this year marks 12 years since she left this earth and her influence is still so strong and unparalleled.
