Hi I'm Gabby and this is Taylortoned! I create and post follow along barre and pilates workouts. All my workouts can be done at home and are equipment free, sometimes I use small hand weights but don't worry if you don't have any you can substitute everything for household items such as water bottles.

I create 15 - 60 Minute workouts that are suitable for all levels, you can do the workouts if you are a beginner to barre pilates and if you are advanced! I will always give you modifications and advancements making all the classes accessible and suitable for any fitness level.
