Je suis Noor, fondatrice de la marque Sahiya,
et je travaille sur la santé capillaire et hormonale féminine depuis 2014.

J’ai commencé par accompagner des femmes sur le terrain et les réseaux,
avant de créer ma propre marque en 2016, née d’un constat simple :
👉 traiter les cheveux seuls ne fonctionne pas si on ne corrige pas les hormones, l’intestin et le terrain biologique.

Depuis, j’ai accompagné des milliers de femmes confrontées à :
• chute de cheveux
• dérèglements hormonaux (SOPK, SPM, thyroïde, endométriose)
• fatigue chronique, inflammation, troubles digestifs

Mon approche est intégrative et fonctionnelle :
on cherche la cause, on structure un plan clair, et on vise des résultats durables.

Sur cette chaîne, je partage :
– des analyses profondes (sans simplifier à l’extrême)
– des erreurs fréquentes en santé capillaire et hormonale
– des protocoles concrets et une vraie lecture du corps féminin
