During last week's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced a demo for their upcoming Star Fox remake, and I tried it out.
This being my first proper Star Fox game, having only played some levels on the OG SNES version and a bit of Star Fox 64, I'm impressed.
Graphically it's one of Nintendo's best looking games. The realistic looking characters aren't too bad, and actually grew on me, and I like the emphasis on the story as well. And the music is great!
Won't comment on the gameplay or level design, because this is a remake of Star Fox 64, so I'm going to assume that it plays just like this, with a bit of jank.

I tried out the new Onimusha demo.
Capcom is still on a roll. I'm a bit mixed on the dub as it sounds a bit odd in some places.
However, the atmosphere and art is stunning, the gameplay is slow and methodic (though a bit on the easier side), and just fun. Can't wait for September!

Apologies for the lack of uploads, been a bit swamped with things, and will be for the near future, but shouldn't be too long until the next upload!
Anyways, lots of great new games got showcased this past week during the Summer Game Fest period, and you can debate about which game company had the better showcase, but the true winner is us: gamers. (maybe not out wallets though...)

Anyways, will be some time until my next video, but I'll keep you guys posted on how that goes, but for now, I'm going to go back and play some more of the new free DLC for Resident Evil Requiem!
