This channel is built for people navigating symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, and an overactive nervous system, who still want to feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies.

I’m a qualified Exercise Physiologist (Biokineticist), and I’ve personally been diagnosed with dysautonomia - so everything here sits at the intersection of science, strategy, and lived reality.

Expect structured workouts, symptom-aware movement, and practical ways to build fitness without crashing your system.

The Dizzy Diaries

There’s been a lot of new faces here recently, so I wanted to reintroduce myself ♡

I’m Tové, an Exercise Physiologist specialising in dysautonomia, POTS, and chronic illness.

I also live with dysautonomia myself, which completely shaped how I approach my work. It’s not about pushing through or ignoring symptoms, it’s about understanding your body, working with it, and building from there.

In November 2025, I started my own company to work more closely with clients and advocate in the chronic illness space, something that felt incredibly important after seeing how much support is still missing in this area.

Alongside this, I host ‘The Dizzy Diaries’ podcast and a YouTube channel, where I break down the science behind symptoms in a way that actually makes sense, while keeping things real and relatable.

Outside of work, I have an incredible support system with my husband and close friends, which has made such a difference navigating all of this.
(Also currently hoping to add a french bulldog into the mix when life allows 🐾)

Whether it’s through 1:1 sessions, education, or content here, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and less alone in what you’re navigating.
