I am chasing today, but getting a late start after tending to mother's day duties in the morning! Didnt have time to really make a forecast and a target for channel members like always, so Im kind of just bolting out the door and will catch whatever storms I run into as I head west.
Best play is probably southwest of Abiline, TX somewhere, but I probably wont make it. Surging cold front is bad for tornado potential so Im not sure why SPC upgraded to 5% - goal will be hail today! Stream up later!
We've got a bit of downtime ahead of us, so I plan to start combing through the hours and hours of video and hope to begin work on some of the long form video summaries from this season. I am not sure if Ill be able to crank one out before the next chase stretch begins, but I will try!
In the meantime, ill be uploading some raw clips from the chase for channel members to preview whats ahead!
Ill also be working to improve stream quality, which, despite the thousands of dollars in starlinks, routers, bonding subscriptions etc etc Ive spent, still isnt 100% where I want it to be!

Below is a multi-cam screen grab from the last intense chase near Caney, OK on April 28th - coming across a large tree branch blocking my escape path as I take 80+ winds on a tree lined gravel road. Not fun...I had to full send it over it!
