Corvette Ed's Garage

Building performance cars and motorcycles is my lifestyle and passion. I am a self-taught mechanic since I was 16 years old and also an enthusiast of cars and motorcycles. Working on cars and motorcycles is my life.

I have studied a lot of repair and body correspondence in cars and motorcycle. Although a car and motorcycle are different beasts, they both share one thing in common, that is they both have a mechanical engine.

Along the way, I have worked with other established mechanics (usually friends} and gain a lot of knowledge from them as well.

How I got started, one day I had a car issue and it went to a shop. After receiving the bill, I found it to be very expensive for what I thought was for a repair.

I vow to myself that I will learn how to repair my own vehicles to save me money which became a lifestyle.

My purpose for the channel is show tutorials of any repairing or customizing on my personal cars or motorcycles.

It's my way of giving back to the community.

Hello all, just a quick update on the Vette, Sorry I do apologize for not posting anything lately. I have been dealing with a Hernia. Yes, I guess I pushed it to far lifting weights and bam rupture the skin internally.

No worries though, I'm going into open surgery on the 10th. Wish me luck. I'm told 6 to 8 weeks before I can get back in the swing of things. I'm thinking 8 weeks at my age.

Nevertheless, I have so much footage to edit I'll be editing and pushing several videos while I'm recovering. We are too close to finishing phase 1 of the supercharger install and in one of those video you will be seeing and hearing the fire up of the supercharger. YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THAT. Let me tell you, there is no sound better than the whistle of a Procharger supercharger.

So keep paying attention to those notifications of Corvette Ed’s Garage channel. We have some interesting stuff to push out.

Peace,

Video update: Working on episode 18 of the supercharger build. Just want to let you all know I'm editing the current episode, but delayed due to being sick with the flu for 3 weeks. This episode will consist of what auxiliary fan option I went with and the procharger intercooler installed.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share a disappointing experience while attempting to purchase the Honda CB750. As some of you may know, I have been searching for this bike for quite some time now and I finally found one that I was interested in purchasing.

Unfortunately, the purchase fell through and I was unable to acquire the bike due to circumstances outside of my control. I had planned to meet the seller at a specific location, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to get there before someone else purchased the bike.

As you can imagine, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation. I had been eagerly anticipating this purchase for months and it was incredibly disappointing to have it fall through at the last minute.

Despite the disappointment, I remain optimistic that I will be able to find another Honda CB750 or a sportster in the near future. Until then, I will continue my search and remain vigilant in my pursuit of these iconic motorcycle.

Thank you for tuning in and the search continues!

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and say hello. This is the first time I've posted on the YouTube community page, and I'm excited to connect with all of you.

I've been creating content for a little while now, and I'm always looking for ways to engage with my audience and create a community around our shared interests. I'm hoping this community page will be a great way for us to connect, share ideas, and have some fun together.

I just wanted to give you all a quick update on what's going on in my world of YouTube videos. Currently, I'm in the process of developing three new videos that I'm excited to share with you all.

The first video is the completion of part 2 of my series on "Why Buy an Old Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic". I know many of you have been waiting for this, and I promise it will be worth the wait!

The second video is going to be a bit more personal. I wanted to share an update with you all on my Honda VF1000R sport bike. As some of you may know, I have had back surgery which has caused limitations on my right side leg and hip. Unfortunately, this is making it difficult for me to sit comfortably on my bike, and I will discuss if I need to reconsider whether or not I can continue riding it.

I'll be discussing my experiences with back pain as a rider, as well as sharing my final decision on whether or not I'm able to keep the bike. I know many of you are passionate about riding and may have dealt with similar issues, so I hope this video will be helpful for those going through something similar.

My third video will be an update on my current C4 Corvette supercharger series. I've got some exciting developments to share with you all, and I can't wait to see your reactions.

I'm also excited to share with you all about a new project that I've been wanting to do for years - building a cafe racer! I'm torn between choosing a Honda CB750 or a Harley Davidson Sportster, but either way, I'm eager to get started.

Tomorrow, I'm following up on a lead for a complete Honda CB750 and I can't wait to check it out. I'll be sharing updates on my progress in a potential purchase and will let you know it turns out. However, I on the hunt for a new bike on this project in the coming weeks, so stay tuned for more.

Thanks for your support, and I can't wait to share this journey with you all!
