The iQOO 15T features a premium build with dimensions of 163.4 x 76.7 x 8.3mm and weighs around 216g or 223g depending on the variant. It comes with a glass front, aluminum frame, and either glass or glass-fiber reinforced plastic back. The phone offers excellent IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, making it highly durable. A standout feature is the color-changing rear panel available in the blue variant. It is available in Black, Blue, and White colors.

DISPLAY
One of the best parts of the iQOO 15T is its stunning 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display. It supports 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution (~510 ppi), 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and incredible brightness levels reaching up to 1800 nits (HBM) and 4500 nits peak. With 1B colors and 2592Hz PWM dimming, the screen delivers smooth visuals, excellent color accuracy, and is perfect for gaming and media consumption. It also includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for fast and secure unlocking.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster (3nm) chipset with a powerful octa-core CPU (up to 4.21GHz) and Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, the iQOO 15T is a true performance monster. It comes paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. Thanks to iQOO's Q3 gaming chip and advanced cooling system, the phone maintains excellent frame rates in heavy games. It runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 out of the box.

CAMERA SETUP
The iQOO 15T features a dual rear camera system headlined by a massive 200MP main sensor (f/1.9, OIS) paired with a 50MP ultrawide lens. It supports 8K video recording, gyro-EIS, and advanced features like HDR and panorama. On the front, there's a 16MP selfie camera capable of 1080p video. While the camera setup is more balanced than ultra-focused, the 200MP sensor delivers sharp details and good low-light performance.
