Here are 3 things to keep in mind before sitting in my chair:



Skip the oils. You really don’t need them—plants don’t grow from oils, they grow from water!

Be careful with TikTok advice. I know it’s tempting to try every product you see, but for guidance that really works, it’s best to follow licensed cosmetologists.

Wash your hair weekly. It’s a myth that you should only clarify every 2 weeks and then condition. In my chair, we focus on keeping your scalp clean every week—it’s skin, just like the rest of your body, and it deserves that care.
